Again my thought is that the boards were too wet from the beginning and shrunk with the heat. Worse, the staining is now an issue as the Spring pollen has become absorbed in the wood. Now when it is dry, all I see is yellow pollen stains and now looks awful. I will end up having to re-stain the deck myself once the temperatures drop.

A representative came out with an architect to discuss our project. They left after a short while, with the promise that the next step was to be the architect contacting us with some sketches. Never heard back from either the architect or NCA Carolinas. Our next door neighbor also had NCA Carolinas come out for their project, and the same thing - they never heard back from them again. All we can assume is that our home additions were not large enough project for NCA Carolinas to be bothered with. The fact that we never heard back from them speaks volumes about their service. As such, I can not recommend NCA Carolinas for any project.
