The prints were needed on paper to be delivered to a specific FBI address for a specific reason the desk person had never heard about. The desk person said that I should use a government agency which I did. So really, the statement that they do fingerprints is not specifically true. Guess they have a reason, but they shouldn't highlight they do fingerprinting.

Maryland has changed the process in the last three years but typically with the changes I always double check with Maryland to confirm. With that being said I was overcharged for two sets of fingerprints when in fact I only needed one set of fingerprints. With the cost of the entire process I was not prepared to pay an additional 68 dollars, the representative was informed it was for a renewal and had me sign and annotate that it was for a renewal and still charged me the additional fee. That aside everything else was streamlined and executed with efficiency .

He laughed at me because I'm pretty sure the last time I got finger prints done it was in class in middle school and they still used ink. My how technology has changed! He told me a little about the business and it was over in a jiffy. Gary was the nicest person I have ever met. The front desk attendant was extremely friendly and professional. I came in with my form completed and was about 3rd in line for fingerprinting. I was there about 20 minutes from start to finish. This is the 2nd Absolute Investigative Services I've visited. Both locations fantastic but this one was less busy. Could be due to pandemic and appt needed, I'm unsure but I love it !!
