Her prices are more reasonable and much less than The "fancy smancy" 3 appointments a year before at a place known Laser Derm Medi Spa located at 6 Gordon Road Shrewsbury, MA 01545. I do not recommend this as an option for a transgender customer. They invest the high prices on the interior, music, relaxing waterfalls and the like, it gives you the illusion you get what you pay for. Instead they should spend the over priced fees on the machines or invest in long term business relationships, the laser sets you back 225.00 full 40 minute full face appointment. They kept saying they are the best, best machines etc. in the whole state. My third session was the same price, they gave me 20 minutes for 225.00. The results were NADA! When I complained they were like, unconcerned. No way they cared in me coming back. The yelp seems to have actual employees that make it appear as if they are a customer talk how great they are. If Transgender, DO NOT GIVE them the business. You know what I mean, they will tell you there the best You know what, think about it, if Linda can rid what was beard shadow for a middle aged prior identified male, imagine what that can do to a genetically born female. Linda is courteous, and cares about the long term versus the short term relationship in doing business. I recommend locals to see Linda Hillier first if you want the job done right the first time. They outsource their receptionists, so the person booking your appointment over the phone has no idea what they're talking about. When you finally speak to someone who actually works for PM Aesthetics, there's always a crying child in the background. They go to great lengths to avoid accountability. When I asked an injector from a different practice about my filler, she observed that my lips were filled improperly, leading to migration and hard bumps. Despite bringing up my concerns during two follow-up appointments, I was dismissed and told the issues were normal and would resolve over time. However, it had already been over a month with no improvement. Anna claimed the lines above my lips, which formed just days after the filler, were due to swelling and wouldn't be noticeable--but I notice them, and I paid for the service. These creases are the result of poor placement, which caused migration, and they tried to gaslight me into believing otherwise.The entire business feels sketchy. They even lied about the injector I went to for a second opinion, claiming I made her uncomfortable when I asked her to confirm what she saw with my lips to them. When I called her directly, she said she never said that and that they were twisting her words. The manager, Andrew, is extremely insincere and unhelpful. He plays a "he said, she said" game instead of resolving issues. Even after the other professional called them on my behalf to recommend dissolving some of the filler, he denied her statement and coldly insisted it was my choice and that dissolving was not a medical necessity. They also wanted to charge me $400 to dissolve the filler when other injectors only charge $200. PM Aesthetics clearly doesn't care about their patients or their outcomes--they only care about taking your money and silencing complaints. I will be reporting them in every way I can until they inevitably crumble. Thank you PM for wasting my money, time, and lying to me repeatedly!

But for that price - I could've gone for plastic surgery, had all the old skin cut off and tied back, (and had shoes, matching bag and a belt made) and had an excuse to goof off during recovery AND temporarily flaunt.
