This place has the best ratings for local restaurants and the Long Lake hotel was quite expensive. Wish we would have went there. Ordered a pound of wings for appetizer for table. Eating them along made me wish I didn't come. All the bones of the chicken broke as we ate them, and they were rubbery as hell. Pretty sure they were cooked from frozen, and they tasted disgusting. I got the full rack of ribs. They were OK flavor wise, but the meat was tough and had to be pulled from the bone because it wasn't soft. The "sauce" that came with it was gross. My older son ordered the pulled pork Mac and cheese. He said it was disgusting and could barely finish it. He said it tasted old and microwaved. My youngest got the kid's pasta. The sauce tasted like straight up vodka and was weirdly watery. He enjoyed his "homemade" Mac and cheese, though I'm not sure how homemade it was. Tasted like boxed Mac with shredded cheese added. Finally, my wife had the feta cheese dip and miso soup. The miso soup was fine, she said, but the feta dip--or white water, as she called it--was also disgusting. And to top if off, we paid $112 to eat what we did. We will NEVER be back to this place. Try elsewhere. This place will only disappoint.

Update: Paradox replied to my post above with an explanation for the thin patty that day (supplier issues that kitchen tried to substitute for). We came for lunch and had chicken tenders, a hot dog and a chicken ceasar wrap. Everything was delish, and there are plenty of kid-friendly options. Beer is always fab (as expected) and they have a huge variety. They don't sell as much in cans unfortunately, but there are a few flavors available if you want to purchase some to take home. Service is always friendly, and they keep the calendar packed with fun events and live music. Overall this is a Bolton Landing favorite and we always look forward to visiting.
