We left with three different soaps, all of which we loved. I placed one in a drawer and my clothes took on the wonderful aroma. The prices are not cheap, but this little visit is something I will remember fondly from our trip to Antibes.

Your favorite French brands are here as well as other brands like Burberry, Chloe, Balenciaga, etc. There are about 5 floors of clothes, shoes, jewelry, bags, accessories, makeup, perfumes, furniture and restaurants/ cafes. There are signs posted on how to get tax refunds on purchases over a certain amount. That being said when I went mid-January they were having a fair amount of end of season sales across most retailers so shopping (or window shopping) can be an alternative activity for a rainy January day when it's not nice enough outside to enjoy the gorgeous views along the coast. The store is divided into 5 stories (first floor being floor 0 in Europe). Floor 0 includes cosmetics and beauty, watches and accessories and a salon, plus individual shops for the luxury retailers like LV, Balenciaga, Gucci, etc. First and second floors are higher end and mid-high end women's apparel and additional accessories. Third floors is men's and fourth floor is everything else--furniture, home goods, gourmet foods, restaurant. Personally wish it carried more gourmet food items like the Paris locations, but I guess it's not as big as those locations so there's less selection.

They said it so nicely, so professionally, etc. And Hermes corporate customer service NEVER contacted us, surprised and disappointed. Ambiance - Smaller location. After this experience, I can NOT recommend shopping here. Hermes in the other 3 cities we shopped at were much better, even more professional and found a way to say YES!! Service - 2 stars for the interaction. 1 star for the results. Sadly after this experience, I do NOT want my wife (or daughter) to continue to be a customer. Scarf selection was also small compared to other stores & they made a point to comment on how this is how it was in Nice. Another boutique next door had made the same comment so I guess this is well-known among frequent shoppers As we were just visiting & hoping to score the item I'd seen, I couldn't stay disappointed long as there was a lovely red scarf calling my name, asking to come home with me & who am I to ignore such pleas? Pleasant staff & great service.
