My relatives brought us here for the evening and it is a great place! Located on the east side of…read morethe city, plenty of parking...even a nice, bright parkade. Very easy to find as it's on a major street. The decor/theme is beautiful, the ceiling is like a quiet, warm summer day with a few clouds with trees all around. Relaxing and beautiful to look at. A few food choices inside, a McDonald's! But I only noticed it because of the free wifi that came up on my phone. And a hot dog and ice cream kiosk! How wonderful to be able to enjoy an ice cream and take a break from gambling!! There's a sit down restaurant and I noticed a line to get a table at 6:30. The Event Centre is right at the casino entrance. Many concerts lined up for the upcoming months. Not sure how big it is inside though. The only thing I didn't really like is that the blackjack players don't play with the odds and basically hit or not whenever they feel like even when the dealer explains the "bust" card. Overall a fun place to spend time.

Worst Casino ever. They moved the top slots to face brick walls with no view of…read more the casino other than the machines. You sit with your back facing who knows who?? You can't even see the big screen TV without leaving your machine. I went to watch hockey and football and play slots, but you can't do that. They used to have the machines in great positioning after Covid where you could see all areas while playing and now they moved them to create more addicts. This sort of environment is a trap to simply create addicts that are FORCED to stare at the machine. Meanwhile, you go up the skywalk and see a big sign that says you should know when to stop playing?? They force people to stare at the machines and a brick wall. There is more to the casino than the machines and they should be implementing that. The so-called help centre for gamblers to seek help is never staffed with help and is used for staff breaks only??? Also, they Cherry Pick customers who spend a fortune and give them rewards for spending more?? They are rude when doing so also, making the gamblers beside them spending only $50 feel inadequate. I asked 1 time why I couldn't get the free towel they were giving away to the person beside me and was told I don't spend as much and DON'T MATTER. The McDonald's has the worst service, dirty, unfriendly, and understaffed at all times. The small ice-cream parlour is NEVER OPEN. There isn't a place to simply get a quick bite to eat without going into the restauarant which is always understaffed as well. The restaurant in the lobby is ALWAYS DARK. The only good thing about the Casino is the gift shop, and the parking. When you voice your concerns, no one cares and nothing ever changes. The level of crime these days is frightening and when leaving late at night the security say they are always monitoring the parkade. I've never once seen a WALKING SECURITY GUARD in the skywalk, or around the parkade. This is a lie. They drive around, but no one ever walks around.

Would like to rate them -5 stars. After the system recovered we got a room which was not upto the standard it wasn't much clean like the dust was there no wifi for the night and above all it had bugs which bit me and my son . Now the breakfast part , the server was extremely nice and humble but the service was slow probably only one person running around for everything. After a long wait we got served and when requested additional bread after another long wait we got burned bread and that was also being told its extra charge EXtra charge for burned bread and 30 mins wait ! Not recommended to anyone!!

I stayed here because it was conveniently located next to the road heading out east. This is a two…read morestory motel with an adjacent restaurant and mini casino with video slots. It was quiet, clean, and functional and the service at the desk was friendly. With tax and a special online rate the price was a little over $100 which is more than some other similar places but the night's sleep was restful. This is Winnipeg so there are always wandering suspicious people so make sure you don't leave anything valuable in the car.

Hotel was off the highway as you are coming into winnipeg from the east, and there is a costco near…read moreby which was great. Cheap lunch/dinner, while you stock up on some stuff for your road trip. Front desk staff were not really friendly. I do not recall a single smile and just a smudge look on their face like they were annoyed. But each to their own, maybe had a rough morning. Things happen, days happen that we can't control. Room was nice, your pretty standard hotel room with two queen sized beds, TV, mini fridge, Table and chairs which was great - so we could make our dinner and have somewhere to eat besides the bed. Pool was good, nothing that stood out, just a hot tub and a pool - so do bring your own toys and floaties. We had to go to the local dollarama (which is near the hotel) and get some pool toys and floaties for the kids to play with. As so did everyone else that was there had their own. Pool has a large gate to get into, and on the other side the gate was table and chairs where you can eat your pizza dinner and then swim after wards or which ever. And Rooms surrounding the pool. In the morning I carried my son down from the room to the breakfast area and even thought He didnt want in and i just placed him down at a table and i was preparing his food. The staff was quite rude about him not having shoes on. Like come on, is it really that big of a deal. He is not walking around and causing a problem. He is just sitting down and eating his breakfast. It was not a big deal and they made it huge! At checkout the gentleman was Rude! And zero eye contact, no customer service.

The Mexican poutine comes with salsa and sour cream and it's fairly cheesy. It's a huge plate for 13$. Adequate price for a hearty portion. I ate in the musician lounge where I ordered from the bar. This hotel has 2 bars, this one was the furthest one from the entrance door. An event was happening at the time, a Halloween costume dance and musician group. I don't know how it is to sleep at this hotel but the food was so good!
