I don't know where to begin…read more He is not your average god-playing d*ck of a surgeon - he is caring, compassionate, friendly and downright nice. He is up on the latest techniques, takes his time, and listens. He took my case when others wouldn't due to my weight. My outcomes have been great. His PAs are terrific. I will say his office staff seem very overworked and harried, and the facility where I had my knee done (Lincoln Surgery Center) was abysmal. But that's not Greenhow's issue, other than he associates with them.

But in my opinion the billing practices are very odd. And billing itself is a mess. I've had my share of injuries over the years that have required PT. This is the 4th PT office I've been to in the Denver Metro so I am no stranger to PT. This is the 1st time I've encountered an office where your appointment with your physical therapist can be shared with another patient. You do not necessarily get dedicated 1:1 time. The bills don't reflect this though. Same price for split focus. On top of that, you are line item billed for every single piece of equipment you touch. Or any work that is done to you. This is not explained in advance of your first visit. My past experiences have always been 1:1 time at a set price. My insurance has not changed across all the clinics I've been to. So, this is not a problem with my insurance. They also charge wildly more than I've ever personally experienced. One PT clinic I regularly went to didn't take insurance. And they charged less than Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport. After seeing my first bill in the mail I stopped going to this practice immediately. I paid my outstanding bills online, using the "Visit Us Online" instructions as per the bill. And 3 weeks later received the same bill with a warning that my account was delinquent and will be sent to collections. I called billing and it turns out that their payment instructions, or their website, or both, are incorrect. And I was tasked with calling a different office to get a refund and then call the billing department back to pay 'correctly'. I am essentially being tasked with fixing their mistake for them. I can't imagine how many patients the billing department is tasking with fixing the organization's mistake. Do. Not. Go. Here.

She also uses tools like cupping and scrapping if needed as well. I've also been seeing Lauren DPT for an ankle injury and she has helped tremendously with decreasing my pain and getting my mobility back. If you're looking for a more holistic and functional medicine approach I highly recommend this clinic for any physical needs. Decided, after googling, that it was probably a midfoot sprain. No biggie. Did red light therapy, sauna blanket, borrowed crutches and a boot. But friends and relatives kept nagging me to get an x-ray. I finally decided that I probably should. Called one sports medicine place on Timberline, left a message, and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Called Elite, spoke with Dr. Brown, and got an appointment for the next day!! Dr. Brown is wonderful! Very jolly, also extremely competent. The x-ray revealed an avulsion fracture, exactly what my aunt Nancy and my friend Brian thought. Sadly, I had no prizes to award, as I was hoping it would be a tendon or ligament sprain. Dr. Brown told me to take Calcium and vitamin D3, and suggested two more x-rays. He also gave me a flyer for a knee scooter, but alas it is self-propelled and therefore will not go 30 mph. Very disappointing. I was excited about the "All-terrain" model. I'm very happy that I found this podiatrist office. I really didn't went to go, but I'm not an idiot and needed to be able to tell my mother why I am wearing a boot. I was hoping to be able to wear shoes in NY, but that's not happening. On the plus side, I can bring twice as many, since I can only wear one :D If you need a podiatrist, I recommend Dr. Brown wholeheartedly.

The front desk proceeds to lose my old pair of orthotics that was to be refurbished. The business offers to replace the lost pair. When the replacement pair is finally made weeks later, the lift is on the wrong side. Finally, when I try to go pick up the fixed pair no one is at the office 15 minutes after the lunch hour. I have to return on a second trip the following day and call ahead to make sure someone will be there. Start to finish it was over a year to get a simple pair of orthotics! I would not recommend using this business. Shoot, the signs on the front door alone are super confusing. Half the time clients walk into the spa next door!! Looks elsewhere for services!
