After a month of consideration, I decided to provide my review. Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

Nick showed up on time and was friendly and informative. However, I specifically requested and was…read morequoted for an interior shampoo, but instead, he provided the service he thought was best. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my seats had not been shampooed. There was also still bird poop on the roof, so I'm unsure whether the exterior received a full wash or was simply wiped down. He seemed rushed and mentioned that he had another appointment. If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

I was looking for maximum heat rejection and rear privacy, and they recommended the XPEL Prime XR Plus multi-layer nano-ceramic film. It was a lifesaver during the most blistering late summer heat heat to date. The difference in cabin temperature on hot afternoons is truly night and day. They do exceptional work, not just on high-end exotic cars, but on everyday daily drivers like mine. The craftsmanship is flawless. The film lines are tight, the glass is crystal clear with zero bubbling or haze, and the visibility from inside is fantastic. On top of the quality, the communication through Yelp was straightforward, the out-the-door pricing was fair with no surprise fees, and they knocked out the entire job right on schedule as promised. It is always great to support a local, family-owned Riverside business that takes real pride in what they do. If you want top-tier film installed right the first time, this is the shop to visit. I was so excited to get my windows tinted after buying my first non-mom car in 28 years. I checked…read morereviews here on yelp and received quotes from 3 vendors. I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

All of the workers were very welcoming, friendly, and communicative throughout the whole process. One thing I really appreciated was how informative they were. I wasn't even aware that my car already had factory-tinted windows, but they explained that to me and helped me understand how that would affect the tint I should choose. I wanted my car to have a darker look, but I didn't want the windows to be too dark. They recommended going with a lighter shade of tint since my windows were already factory-tinted, which allowed me to achieve the darker look I wanted without making the windows overly dark. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain everything and help me choose what would work best. They were also able to take me in last minute, which was a huge plus! With how hot it was outside, I also thought it was such a nice touch that they offered their guests cold water. It really made me feel welcomed and taken care of.
