I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but my experience with Michael was good enough that I felt it was worth sharing. While I was a student at UCLA, I was rear ended by a driver who wasn't paying attention. I drive a Jeep Wrangler with a heavy duty bumper, so at first glance it didn't look like there was much damage. Unfortunately, my back told a different story. After the accident I spoke with a few attorneys, but most of the conversations felt rushed and impersonal. Then I spoke with Michael, and right away I could tell he actually cared about the details of my situation rather than treating me like another case file. What impressed me most was the result he was able to get for me. The settlement covered my medical expenses, the damage to my vehicle, the time I missed from work, and then some. I remember being genuinely surprised by how much he was able to recover on my behalf. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Whenever I had questions, I received clear answers, and I always felt like I knew what was going on with my case. If you're looking for an attorney who is professional, responsive, and willing to fight for the best possible outcome, I highly recommend Michael. Going through an accident is stressful enough. Having someone you trust in your corner makes a huge difference. read more

I'm local in Pasadena and found his office on google. Had a great experience with Frank. They really cared and didn't treat me like just another case. I came to McNally after a nasty slip-and-fall. At first, I was impressed with their responsiveness, but then all communication went away. Almost a year passed with no updates. I'd send documents from my physical therapist, their recommended doctors, etc and receive no acknowledgement whatsoever. I could tell this was not the office for my case so I elected to explore other options. When I found new representation, it took moths to receive my file, which was missing a boatload of information. They didn't even document my meeting with their Private Investigator. 3+ years after after the incident my new lawyer handed me a settlement check and guess who demanded a cut? None other the McNally Law group. The amount of work I had to put into this because of their ineptitude is inexcusable. If anything, I should be invoicing them. STAY AWAY. read more

Best law firm around. They guide you through the process. Great communication. Will recommend this place.

Stay away from this law office!! They do not have their clients at best hand! I've completed everything that I was supposed to do and have been waiting since March of this year to receive my check in the mail and received only one response saying that my check was on the way! I decided to call them to check the status and they didn't even mail it yet and told me that within 2-3 weeks I should get it but never did and they've been lying to me! They are scammers They also will just text you instead of returning your call as If they don't want to talk to you. read more

I was involved in an auto accident a few months ago for the first time. I was stressed, in pain, and overwhelmed by being in that situation when I was not at fault for the accident. A friend recommended me to attorney Frank McNally and I am very glad she did. Worst law office I've ever used. Filed a small claims suit and prepared all documents for a car accident and they made mistakes all over. Defendant had reversed out of private driveway to Main Street and Tboned me. The law office never reviewed any of the doctors paperwork that were filled with mistakes and incorrect paperwork. Their paperwork claimed a completely different account of the accidents and even included paperwork that had nothing to do with the case causing me my suit, don't waste your time here because they will give you the run around after your claim has been denied. I've been unable to reach the attorney since having my claim denied. Don't waste your time here with this office, they can't even get a simple open and shut case taken care of when I clear had right of way and arbitration had already put the other party a fault. read more

I had a really great experience. My case took a while, but they did a great job and worked very hard for me. They made themselves available and I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. Great service I must say. Second time being represented by this company. Responsive and helpful in every aspect of my case. From rental cars, to updates on my settlement. Ms. Irma Orta is the best. Every time I called, she knew exactly who I was. Truly felt represented, safe and optimistic about the ending. Which by the way was a great ending. Thank you Mr. McNally! Really good attorney he was able to resolved my car accident. I would totally refer my family and friends to him.

This attorney was excellent. I called after an accident and his office walked me through the whole process. They made sure I had medical care, a rental car, everything I needed in the immediate aftermath. Dealing with the legal system takes patience, but Mr. McNally made sure I received regular updates about my case. I always felt like I knew what was going on and had a general timeline for when I would hear something new. And, ultimately, I was very happy with my settlement. I have recommended this place to friends who have had an accident. read more

Ive never left a review for ANYTHING before. I created my account JUST so I could warn about this place. I've never had to deal with an accident lawyer before so I really have nothing to compare it to, that being said this was one the worst, most stressful experiences of my life. The people that work at McNally law office lack an incredible amount of professionalism. Communication was unbelievably poor, even after expressing to them my discontent with their communication, nothing changed. Calls were barely returned, tons of attitude when they actually did. The whole process took a little over 2 1/2 years, in that time I think I spoke to Frank, the lawyer dealing with my case, was about five times. And of those five times I'm pretty sure four of them were him simply returning my calls. At one point he did call and apologize for how long everything was taken and explain that this is normal. I expressed to him that my frustration was not with the amount of time that it was taken, it was it with the lack of updates leading up to my settlement. He explained that he understood and he will keep me up-to-date whenever there was a new change with the case, but that didn't happen. For example, at one point he told me he had reached a number with the insurance company he was going to email me a release. A week and a half go by no release comes. I call in to the office asking what's going on, and one of the assistants says that the lawyer hasn't reached a settlement. I tell her yes we have I just spoke to Frank a little over a week ago he said they HAD reached a number a release would be emailed. She says to me well if he hasn't emailed you a released he must be still working on the case... This is my point why wasn't I informed? Why are changes being made to what I'm being told and no one's giving any sort of update? I understand they have other cases going on and I had previously told Frank that I wasn't interested in getting a phone call every day or every week simply send an email, call if necessary, but an email would be fine if there's any changes or updates to what's going on. Am I happy with my settlement, given how I was affected and what I had to go through with the accident specifically, sure. But if it's an overall satisfaction with the lawyer, the accident, the settlement, communication etc...I am completely unsatisfied. Take your business elsewhere. Do your research and find a lawyer that actually is invested in the situation to the point where he can let you know what's going on when things are going on if I could give this place -5 stars I would. Take your business elsewhere. read more
