My experience with this school, both as an employee and as a parent, completely changed my perspective on it, and I could never recommend it to parents or prospective employees.
From my experience, the workplace culture was extremely unprofessional. There was constant favoritism, gossip, and retaliation instead of accountability. I personally did not feel that serious concerns were handled appropriately, and the environment often felt more focused on protecting leadership than addressing problems.
As a parent, I also had concerns about my own child's experience. My child frequently came home with scratches that staff often could not adequately explain. After transferring to a different school, those unexplained injuries stopped. Around the same time he attended this school, I also noticed him beginning to hit other children during public play, which was behavior I had not seen before he enrolled. While I can't say with certainty what caused those changes, they were concerning enough that I felt it was important to mention them.
I also left with concerns about the quality of care and education being provided. In my opinion, the school often operated more like a daycare than an early childhood education program. I expected a much stronger emphasis on learning, professionalism, and the well-being of the children.
This school has also received negative public attention in the past regarding the treatment of a child, and I encourage parents to research that incident for themselves in addition to reading reviews from former employees.
Overall, based on my personal experience as both an employee and a parent, I would never trust this school with my own child again, nor would I recommend it as a workplace.
