THIS COMPANY WAS WONDERFUL!…read more Let me count the ways--- 1) the response time to my initial inquiry-- was on a weekend and they responded. I appreciated that. 2) they kept in touch via email/text reminding me about when the electricians would arrive. I REALLY appreciate that. 3)THEY ARRIVED ON TIME! You know most places don't. They did and I soooo appreciated it. 4) Michael and Joshua were so professional and soooo nice! They solved our issues in no time at all! They were a joy to have work on our electrical issues! 5) And since we have a really old house, they're gonna come back to fix a non-urgent , minor electrical issue with a heating unit. 6) I thought the price was fair, given the amount of work they did. My initial issue was a wired fire/CO alarm that kept beeping every minute even though there was no smoke or fire. It had been doing that for 5 days so I was very grateful they were able to come out. I also had a light fixture in the shower which needed replacing. They determined the alarm was old and needed to be replaced, which they did. And they replaced the light fixture in the bathroom. They are 100% my first call for ANY electrical needs! I always hate having to try new companies because you never know what you're gonna get. These guys are fabulous! We will definitely be using them again....Had a great experience!

We discussed the project and set a date and time for him to do the project. He called about an hour before the appointment to be sure that I still needed his services and to advise that would be there in about an hour....right on time. He reviewed the project and got to work. First to repair the microwave door. I could figure out how to remove the door so as to get to the loose handle Ritchie quickly removed the door and removed the plastic surround and exposed the missing (lose screw rattling around inside the door). A few moments later, the door handle was completely fixed and back in operation. Just like new!! On to the faucet. What looked and seemed like a standard remove/replace turned out to be a tough one. Over the years the calcium deposit in the water "welded" itself to the screw and the plastic retaining nut. No matter how hard he turned it or banged it with a hammer would it release. He told a drill and drilled a hole in the plastic retainer then fabricated a makeshift very small saw to saw the retainer off the screw which finally allowed Ritchie to remove the faucet! At that point he discovered that the water lines coming from the house water were a different size than the water lines provided with the new faucet. Off to the hardware store he went to get the correct adapters do finish the job. It was not a easy task and a lot of others might have complained about all the extra work needed than originally thought! Not Ritchie,,,he willingly kept at it until the job was complete and I was happy. I will not hesitate to use Aloha Handyman for any odd jobs that I might have in the future. I've already recommended him to my neighbor and I highly recommend him to you too! Thanks Ritchie----Well done!
