They put in some effort but didn't really give it the old college try. They just sent me on my way with a suggestion to find another broker, which I have done, one that has been able to come up with a solution to my problem. Bridge might be good for the usual insurance problems but don't expect help with more complicated situations.

We had a bad experience with the agent we were assigned and requests for help with brokerage owner didn't result in any meaningful assistance. We eventually decided to move our business to another brokerage, which was also a very challenging process. It was like dealing with the Department of Motor Vehicles in the former Soviet Union.
