His office is located in a high rise commercial building off of st jean's pointe clair. His office is a little outdated small but his skills are far greater than any place we've been to. He is great and definitely treated my husband like a real patient with a lot of attention and care. He got rid of something that bothered my husband a lot in just a few minutes. It was literally a 5 min procedure and off we went. No pain no severe complications and just a huge smile on my behalf after the final outcome. Overall, I definitely recommend Dr Smoley he's great and a total Gem in the west island!

It is always just incredible to me that all the amazing specialist support we get here is free (incredible and also so good and right and fair and true and should be the case everywhere because healthcare is a right... but I digress! ;) We recently went back for mooooore tests, and we were super covid nervous but this place does it right. You cannot walk into the building without one of those laser temperature checks, then you wash hands and you follow lines for in and out. I did notice that no one was enforcing a "one person/family group in the elevator" rule, so that's something they could work on, but once upstairs in the children's clinic chairs were blocked off to keep distance, everyone was of course in masks, and the staff were constantly cleaning every surface. Beyond the covid measures, the staff here are always top notch. Huge love for this team.

As a big supporter of the public system, I'm already not a fan of private or semi-private clinics. Recently, this clinic has taken it to the extreme. With the renovations, it's true that it looks very nice. However, there is little available parking. To deal with this isssue, they've come up with the insulting idea of valet parking. For $5, they'll find a parking spot for your car so you don't miss your appointment. I understand this in downtown Montreal but we're talking about the west island where they could have easily planned for more space. I find it disgusting how money-hungry they are. That being said, the facilities are very nice and include a wide variety of medical professionals and specialists as well as some complimentary medical professionals and a travel clinic. Some services are included with RAMQ and some are not, I would call ahead of time to find out.

I had a session with Eric Ellemo for a vestibular issue and I was amazed at his level of expertise!! It is very hard to fina a physio with training in these issues. I went home with a treatment plan and have access to an online set of instructions for my exercises(including videos). This clinic is not the closest to my house, but was well worth the extra time to get there. I would recommend this clinic to anyone !
