I am now middle aged and wish to give him the recognition he deserves. He is more knowledgeable and compassionate than any physician I had ever worked with at Stanford, which is a world class hospital. I have been unable to find a personal physician that even comes close to Dr. Newman's stellar medical care. He has set the bar so high that any physician I have had here in Stanford is just a huge disappointment. I often feel that I should move back to Canada to once again receive excellent medical care. He truly listens, he truly cares, he is a phenomenal diagnostician, he has saved my parent's lives more than once, he has helped me through some of the most difficult times, he goes above and beyond without exception, and he is as close to a saint as you will find on this earth. He will always be exceptional. The finest physician you will ever have the privilege to know. There is none better. Not only were the doctor's patient and understanding, they went above and beyond to answer all my questions regardless how long the list was. They answered questions before I even asked them. Not to mention, they fixed my problem. Yes you have to pay out of pocket and chances are your insurance company will not refund you but keep this in mind: Barely any wait time, parking was easy to find, the receptionist was super nice, doctors were not ushering you out and I got free coffee! :)
