I've been coming to this clinic now for about 4.5-5 months…read more I 1st meant Doctor Munk and he was very nice, very kind and took time to chat with me about my concerns and answer my repetitive questions. Even taking the time to just chat with me about my previous experience elsewhere. He was lovely, His assistant seemed a little new and wasn't quite sure what she was talking about in my opinion, but understood when I said i'd wait to speak to the actual Doctor. I was very happy with the direction we decided to take to help make my skin clear up. He gave me options I could do at their clinic and options I could do elsewhere for the same result for less money. This was a huge selling point for me, because yes he is private but he's not out to get your money. On that note I do find this place a tad expensive, However, I've gotten excellent service and kindness all around. So I believe it's worth it. I'll keep you updated on the results when I'm done my six month adjustment. I've been seeing Amanda for some facial care to help with my acne, and she has great energy, is always smiling and isn't upset when I'm late because parking is IMPOSSIBLE. But what do you expect for a downtown clinic. She takes the time to explain the procedure, address my concerns and overall listen to me. As I mentioned, i've been coming to this client for 4.5-5 months, and I've never waited more then 10 minutes for my appointment. I never wait with Amanda and Doctor Munk brought me into the exam room after two minutes and came to meet me after about 5 or 6. The receptionists are waaaay to chipper/nice for my liking, but I'm also grouchy and don't like people haha. On a more serious note. They respond to calls almost immediately, they call back when they say they will. They answer emails, and online bookings. I've found them exceptionally responsive.

Pricing is about 25% - 30% more than elsewhere and at these prices you still need wait way too long to see the Dr. When you call the office with a problem as a result of a procedure or medication that was prescribed they tell you some one will call you within 48hrs. WTF!!! and to boot the person that calls you is some young unqualified staff member. it's unsettling. However, Munk is super nice and very qualified. He has excellent mannerisms, polite, knows his stuff but once you see him the next time you have a question yup go back and get dinged another $200. By the way he has another business on same floor where creams are being encouraged to be purchased and sold at Tignanello prices.

Overall, they are trying to improve and hence they got a four-star review but certainly, they need to to give the overall patient experience little bit more focus.

Great place. Only problems I have with the place is they don't make sure sure SURE each patient…read moreknows their rights. I mean, a short version of the rights is posted on every unit, and there are rights booklets laying around, but they need to give one to every new patient. I don't know if they do that now. There were some bad apples there too, like some that lied and said that patients had to take certain meds when they didn't legally have to; there was no court order and the law said they didn't legally have to. The getting-your-file thing has improved a lot though, though one bad-apple doctor at one point denied a patient the right to her file and she ended up grabbing it when no one was looking. There's more. But that's just the negative. The positive is that the staff (most of them) are extremely committed to honoring patients' rights and choices. They're polite and nice and at least 70% of them have a fantastic sense of humor.

About 1 hour+ depending on which doctor was available and the time other patients took with them. Sometimes I walked in and it only took 10-30mins to call me and other times there'd be that one person still in the office for over 45mins. They're even open on Saturdays now! Which is perfect for me who works Monday-Friday.

Doc wanted blood work done, which they do in house. However all the receptionists go on break at the same time, which happened to be right before I was done with my doctor. I waited for half an hour (after checking ClicSante to see the earliest time I could get bloodwork done there, which was weeks away), to be told that the nurse only returns at 1:00pm, so all together I spent an hour waiting after my appointment to have blood drawn. All that to say... Never take appointments close to noon.
