Update for Covid times!…read more We end up having to go to the Children's Clinic here a lot. It is always just incredible to me that all the amazing specialist support we get here is free (incredible and also so good and right and fair and true and should be the case everywhere because healthcare is a right... but I digress! ;) We recently went back for mooooore tests, and we were super covid nervous but this place does it right. You cannot walk into the building without one of those laser temperature checks, then you wash hands and you follow lines for in and out. I did notice that no one was enforcing a "one person/family group in the elevator" rule, so that's something they could work on, but once upstairs in the children's clinic chairs were blocked off to keep distance, everyone was of course in masks, and the staff were constantly cleaning every surface. Beyond the covid measures, the staff here are always top notch. Huge love for this team.

I am not rating the quality of the health care professionals as I don't feel a yelp review would be…read moreappropriate. This is just in regards to the centre itself and the recent change. As a big supporter of the public system, I'm already not a fan of private or semi-private clinics. Recently, this clinic has taken it to the extreme. With the renovations, it's true that it looks very nice. However, there is little available parking. To deal with this isssue, they've come up with the insulting idea of valet parking. For $5, they'll find a parking spot for your car so you don't miss your appointment. I understand this in downtown Montreal but we're talking about the west island where they could have easily planned for more space. I find it disgusting how money-hungry they are. That being said, the facilities are very nice and include a wide variety of medical professionals and specialists as well as some complimentary medical professionals and a travel clinic. Some services are included with RAMQ and some are not, I would call ahead of time to find out.

NOT OPEN Sunday!! Some small windows for Saturday without-appointment. Overall It'S where I've been…read moreall my teenage and adult life for the regular not so important no-appointment checkup. I Hatttee hate hate hate being sick because it takes so much time, This place is always packed with peoples. I have learned some important tricks I would like to share. Dr. Kamal = Super fast! Dr Dzikenu = Average Speed. average 10-20 minutes let's put 15 to be conservative per people waiting and when you've made you're own assesment after letting your card, get out and take a walk or go back home. Dr. Girard = RUUDDEE rude rude rude!! Ask 5 times the same question. I always write down a list of answer for the basic question: Color of your mucus, consistency of your pooh, lenght of the symptoms, The Symptoms, and what you've already tried. Dr Sharif something: Super fast, Pray that you get him, it's GO time with that guy. What's the problem? Let's me do the examination, then extra question and prescription. I haven't got this one in a looonngg time, I wonder if he's still there.

I have made a complaint about some of your staff abusing me verbally. One told me "no you shut the…read morefuck up" after hours of talking very loudly in a room that seems that they load up and distribute pills. The staff behind the counter talked and laughed very loudly again with no regard or respect for patients. I told one person in staff in a calm manner about this and the person who I told about this told me "are you sure you are not hearing things? We have 2 kinds of pills to help you sleep" in a threatening manner. I told the man that I never in my life heard random things and how much disrespect and noise the staff dished out that night. I asked that I would like to make a complaint and after awhile a woman showed up and I explained how much my human rights was tread over and she told me to wait 30 min. 30 minutes later they finished their shift and she said to me that the shift changed and it would be impossible to know who was loud, who told me ''you shut the fuck up'' and who was on staff that night even though the punch cards were right behind her and there are cameras in the area, so she told me that she can't forward the complaint. She basically covered them by telling me to wait so their shift was over. I could not sleep easily because the staff were very loud in their night shift and because I could not simply close my door because the same man that offered pills told me that I could not close the door '' because I can not see you easily as the light bulb low light setting is broken.'' This was an excuse to sit down to look at me even though there is a window to inspect me but he could not be bothered to take the 4 seconds to get up and look through the window and go sit down doing nothing. I took the chance after hours of this and closed the door with fear of being strapped down, I was finally able to sleep but not without fear. I This happened at Anna Laberge hospital. I was not treated like a human, I fear to go back as it seems it`s ok to tread over my rights as a human just because they know anyone in the psychiatric ward can`t speak up because they can easily claim I am hearing things and here take pills because that is the perfect thing for me to take to fall asleep while they laugh and talk loudly in a after hour shift with no regards to any patients at all.
