Sarah goes above and beyond in providing my medical care I feel completely comfortable discussing my medical issues with Sarah. If Sarah doesn't have an answer..she will find it, and follow through. The nurses are the bomb too. Andrew is very patient with me and when I leave messages or request refills.. boom! They are at my pharmacy. Andrew, gets back to me in a timely matter if Sarah is requesting me to make an appointment or she orders labs. i find all the staff very professional. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room either. They usually get me in at a timely manner. Walk-ins are welcomed. I especially like that. When Sarah isn't available. Ive had the opportunity to see the Dr or Tim Foley and I felt completely comfortable discussing my issues with them. The online Patient Portal is very easy to use and I really like that I can send requests or questions and get a response in a timely manner. I also like being able to pull up my lab results any time! I definitely give PMC a thumbs up!

Some people would complain if they were hung with a new rope. bottom line, I have been going to PMC for about 10 years maybe and have nothing but good things to say about the care I have received. are there things I dont like about the process, yes but I'm not there for that. I have been a RN for over 35 years, if you think those providers are bad you have not a clue. The other thing I want to mention is that they, like you, are human. Everyone makes mistakes, and yes your dealing with someone's health and well being so mistakes shouldn't happen but they do. If you are sick and need a medical professional I see no reason not to go to PMC. If you don't have a good experience you have two choices, get a new doc (good luck)j or chock it up these people being human.

I've been going there for a number of years now and I think I have only seen my doctor twice. Is he even still there? Given Health Care is associated with Fletcher Allen Hospital so you definitely get that "too big for their britches" feel. There isn't a lot comfortable about the office - it's pretty standard but I'm usually there to seek medical advice, not evaluate the aesthetics of their reception area. That said, I have been quite pleased with the care I have received from Darla Witmer, RN. She is quite knowledgeable and respectful of whatever it is you might be dealing with. The location works well for me and, as mentioned, Darla is great, so for now, I will remain a patient of Given.

He has even written his own patient management software that he uses to manage each patient's care electronically. This is something that should be important to every patient. The clinic does offer many specialists, from dermatologist to surgery to gynaecologist. Blood and urine tests can also be done. Do keep in mind they are NOT covered by the Medicare card. Appointments are available, as well as a walk-in clinic. The clinic does get VERY busy very early in the morning. So I suggest you present yourself at 7:00am. Often if the clinic is too busy. They will reject patients. This also applies to most clinics in the province. Overall, I arrive happy and leave happier after each visit I do at the Brunswick Medical Centre. The Centre is also very clean and has laboratory services, scan, x-ray, and other testing services and doctors specialized in a variety of medical specialties.
