We walked but they had plenty of parking spots. The store has a warehouse feel but is shrunken down into a small little store with no more than about 10-12 isles. They had all the basic food groups represented, including a small wine, beer and cider section. We enjoyed the Pearseccos immensely. No pharmaceutical or apothecary wares could be found in the store though. They did have a nice summer isle with tubes, beach towels etc. I chose self check out and was a little insulted to only have my age checked by the video camera and not a staff person. Most things were easy to find, but we struggled with one item, so I went to ask an employee for help. Unfortunately, the young woman I asked--a blond in her early 20s--was anything but helpful. When I politely asked where the item was, she just sneered and said, "I DON'T KNOW!" Honestly, it was disappointing, and I wish I'd caught her name so I could call her out properly. We've been thinking about moving to Williamsburg, but after that experience, I'm not too impressed--outside of Colonial Williamsburg, that is. If you haven't been, Colonial Williamsburg is a must-see and should definitely be on your bucket list. It's great for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens.
