Their work was incredible, their price was fair, and communication was fast and seamless - it was one week from first inquiry to completion of the job. Somehow that seems like a lot to ask in this city but Handyman Pro got it done. Do yourself a favour and stop looking. These guys are it!

Finally the company asked us to sign a contract for more work on the roof to fix it. The company took the deposit for the work, but never did any work. The contract states "The Owner acknowledges that the usual commencement date for the Work (the "Work") is approximately four (4) weeks from the date of execution of this agreement, excluding weather delays, and may also commence at a later date due to seasonal high volumes and other factors outside of Dominion's control." It's been over 3 months since we signed to have the work done on our roof. The company does not return our calls. I would never do business with this company again, and I hope no one else ends up in the same situation as we did.

With the recent storm, I noticed 3-4 single shingles had flipped up,so I called them and said "I realize you guys are busy, no big hurry but can some one come out to see the said shingles" the guy that answered the phone said it would be $350 to come out. I told him that on their contract it said nothing about me paying for a "repair" remember 3-4 single shingles. He said "the winds brought down trees" and that I shouldn't expect them to abide by the contract, and that I was" lucky that's all that happed to my roof". My neighbor was getting his roof fixed,I asked the guys doing the work what it would cost to fix mine, they said $50 I said ok, work done. Wow I guess Mancini & sons needed to make the Maserati payment. Read the fine print Mancini and do the work,what good is giving a warranty on your work if you're not going to adhere to it.
