Premier Basement Waterproofing - High Octane Drainage pipe

Premier Basement Waterproofing

All of our interactions/communications were very positive. Before the job, everything was very transparent from pricing, the work to be done, options available, etc. And the crew performing the work was extremely professional. Prior to contacting Premier, we had water issues in our basement which made our basement nearly unusable; after getting moderate rain we'd get big puddles of water. After Premier installed the french drain, the basement has become our home office, our workout room, and we can store things without worrying about water damage. Four years later, the basement has been BONE DRY ever since - no water whatsoever, no matter had hard it rains. If you're on the fence, I can say: "do it" - it's been 100% worth it for us, and has transformed the way we use our basement. And Premier Basement Waterproofing is absolutely the company to use, to get the job done right.

Marvin the young man who ran the job site is absolutely amazing , I can't say enough good things about him . The price was a little higher than quotes that came in after I went with Premier but if I had those quotes before and could of saved 2k I would choose not to and stay with Premier mainly because of those 3 people I named. I had a foot of water in my basement after a storm, Marvin arrived and put a sump pump in to drain all the water . He got Jerry to come in and look it over for a quote. I'll post the price and work done. - Came out and drained all the water with sump pump - they demoed a whole room , taking down all the walls , heating system and doors then disposed of all the wood. -they dug , installed about 100 sq feet of French drain , poured drainage gravel on top then re-cemented over it. - they installed a 2 pump system with battery back up and alarm - they installed a moisture barrier on the entire basement - They dug a trench and ran sump line out to safe area outside - Took 3 full days to complete - they stayed until 9pm on a Friday to be sure it was 100% completed. - everything was about 15k in total If you use them make sure you ask for Marvin to do the work , he's very honest and answers all your questions without trying to upsell anything . They literally just left my house at 9pm because they wanted it finished before tomorrows rain , only thing left is Jerry was going to have someone reconnect the heating but everything water proof wise is complete. I'll update the review if there's any issues but as of this moment I've never felt better about a service.

One of the best in the business! We hired Ben to repair our stone foundation and stone wall at our…read morerental property on Wallis St. He was prompt, professional and takes pride in his work. We then hired him to install a brick patio at our home in Beverly as well. He arrived on time with his two sons. The boys were as professional as their dad. We have a few other projects we will have him come back to do. This is a gentleman of his word, which is a rare thing these days with most contractors. We highly recommend Ben for any of your masonry work.

Inside the fireplace, grout had all but disappeared on the back / angled wall and several fire bricks were loose. Timeline of events: Sent an email to Ben with pictures and a description of the problem on a Friday at 3:12 PM. He called me at 5:15 PM that evening asking if he could visit to see the job and offer me an estimate, he came by at 5:44 PM, and after reviewing and carefully describing the work needed to repair, he offered his proposal which I accepted. AND the VERY NEXT DAY, a SATURDAY mind you, he and his son arrived at 8:00 AM and the job was completed by 3:00 PM. So literally WITHIN 24 HOURS Ben The Mason had responded to my request, came by to see the job, offered a quote, and did the repairs. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am very impressed with the service and craftsmanship provided by Ben The Mason. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Rescon Basement Solutions - Duct tape coming off after they came to fix the moisture barrier

Rescon never called me back on 11/4/24 as they promised to look into what the heck is happening…read morewith my service or lack thereof. So I used my lunch break to call them back again. They redid the moisture barrier and left it in a unworkmanlike manner. They refused to come back and fix it. Why? They cancelled a job for which I paid a down payment without letting me know. Why? I was told we don't work on things we didn't install. Poppycock. Why give the estimate in the first place? And they HAVE worked on the bulkhead before, which they did NOT install! I called to ask why my work was cancelled and why they never came back to finish the job. I asked proactively if they were cancelling my sub pump maintenance appointment for next year, which they did, and never told me. They said they will no longer do business with me and nothing more. After I paid them %1,000s, being a customer since 2019. They installed 2 dehumidifiers, sub pump, back up battery, bulkhead moisture barrier and basement wall moisture barrier. John from the Hooksett office gave me a quote for work, see my earlier review, which they later took back. Huh? What the heck is going on with this company? They just keep repeating we don't do business with you anymore. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I wouldn't use them. Would you?

He did the job and alerted me to the fact that there was something that should be repaired and also mentioned that the original sump pump which was something like 15 years old was in need of replacement at some point sooner than later. I don't like surprises so I asked Mike to get everything in order, including the new sump pump. He did what was needed. There was never any pressure to buy anything. He took the time to do the job well and I am appreciative of that.

Our home was built in '94 - Eighteen 94, that is, located in a former flood plain for a river…read more While the land has been filled, the river still flows underground - and seemingly right through our cellar - especially during the wet seasons (spring thaw, Summer hurricanes). The cellar was original to the house: packed dirt floor, fieldstone walls, with the resulting dampness causing corrosion in our heating systems and hot water heaters - drastically shortening their lifespans. We researched multiple waterproofing companies, collecting bids from all. Keller Waterproofing was able to provide a complete solution by installing a gravity-fed French drain in the perimeter of the cellar which directed the ground water to a sump pump that connected to a dry well in the back yard. (In our area it is illegal to pump the water into the public sewer system, since this can work as a 2-way street - allowing raw sewage to back up into the home.) Cement was poured for the walls and floor, and a PVC 'skin' was attached to the walls to further waterproof the cellar. This solution alone was awesome - but wait, there's more! To re-direct the rainwater from the downspouts of a closely neighboring house, Keller Waterproofing poured a berm along our property line as a foundation for our chain-link fence. We also excavated 4 catch basins with French drains under our walkway that fed into the same dry well in the back yard. To top it off, they laid a brick path from our front gate to the back yard that is the talk of the neighborhood. We are now referred to as 'the house with the beautiful brickwork' ....instead of the house with the flooded cellar. We are more than pleased with the work done by Keller Waterproofing. Mr. Keller and his Crew are knowledgeable, professional, skilled - and courteous (the neighbors still talk to us!). They cleaned up all the debris at the jobsite at the end of every day and upon completion of the job (which was prodigious!) ...and Mr. Keller, we have already thought up a few more projects for you and your Team - we'll be in touch!
