Gideon stated this car went through 180 point check?? Less than six months later: I have a huge bill of $1200 for this 2020 Lexus NX300!!! In less than six months the rear brakes that were down to 20 percent had to be replaced, an air filter, and a battery. Unbelievable!!!! When I asked Gideon to pay for it, his response was wear and tire!!! Really ???? Everyone!!!! Including Adam Schwarz, the service manager at Toyota Waco show no empathy towards military veterans or a widow!!! Please DO NOT USE THESE TWO STEALERSHIPS!!! Especially the used car person Gideon B!!! Thank you for reading!! This car was driven exactly 9957 miles! Please read Gideons lies in his text message to me that it was more than 12000??? Also included are all receipts from both Stealerships and the text message from Gideon. I am not making this stuff up. Buyer beware. Please please read last statement on back page "YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR REPUTATION".

Watch Out!!!! These guys tried swindling me on a used vehicle. I asked specifically if there was…read moreany damage to the vehicle or any issues mechanically, so they took a few pictures of the outside where there was some damage. Well I drove over 2 hours to negotiate a deal. Then I discover by going to an independent mechanic, that there are codes for lean fuel system and several sensors that are not working as well as the expensive sonar system is not working, and brakes pulsing, tires out of balance, and here is the big kicker... The front end had been damaged and repaired incompletely and incompetently so the paint wasn't complete and several parts were missing/broken and including the grill. To even the untrained eye, the front end had been hacked back together. When I brought these issues up, the sales manager decided to point out that my car that I drove there wasn't perfect either and that he was "offended" that I was pointing out the imperfections of this used vehicle. I offered him a price that was book minus the cost of me repairing the damages and taking a risk on the fuel and occupancy sensors. He said he was offended at my offer as well. And wouldn't meet in the middle either. Amazingly, he inaccurately accused me of only wanting to buy and flip this vehicle. If you're looking for used cars and want to avoid being manipulated, steer clear of these guys. To his credit, the initial salesman was fair and easy to work with, though he didn't know much about the vehicle even when I showed up to look 5 hours after starting the conversation. I hope they have the integrity to contact me and offer an explanation for this behavior, but that is very unlikely. Waste of my diagnostic fees and fuel for the day and now I'm still looking for a family vehicle.

Arrival time - 11:55am Leave time - 3:10pm…read more I am not one to write reviews but over 3 hours for an oil change - tire rotation/balance is unacceptable. After 2 hours of waiting the service rep asked me where my spline key for my lug nuts were, meaning they hadn't even taken the tires off yet. I glanced in the shop and confirmed through the technician that they hadn't changed the oil yet either. I asked the tech how the tires are balancing and he informed me that he "left them where they were because the ones on the back needed more weight", meaning if I hadn't walked to the back and double checked, my tires wouldn't have been rotated at all. I take rotating my tires serious due to the price of tires I run, keeping the tread and wear even. I spoke with the representative who informed me that they got another guy to start changing the oil (2:30pm). My beard brush that was on the middle console was tossed on the ground between door and seat on passenger side, and I had to put up my jack equipment that was pulled out in search of the lug nut attachment. The service representative was nice and helpful but overall the experience was unacceptable. Curious what else they half assed.

Back in August, I bought a 2023 Ram 1500 SLT (3.6L) from Classic Dodge & Chrysler. When we first…read morearrived, a salesman named Conner greeted us. He seemed genuine and eager to help. He showed us several trucks and promised he could get anything we wanted from their sister stores. When my wife and I mentioned we might keep looking, he got nervous and said his bosses didn't like people walking out -- that he'd get in trouble. Not wanting to make things hard for him, we stayed. Later, when I mentioned going with another dealer, he went to management and came back saying they had a "better truck and better deal." Trusting him and management, I agreed to buy that truck. That's where the problems began. It took two weeks to even receive the truck. When I finally got it, it still had the previous owner's belongings, hadn't been detailed, and had several issues: Broken rear license plate light Missing passenger-side fender well No front plate mount (required in Texas) And later, the electronic braking system failed -- I lost cruise control on a four-hour round trip drive. They agreed to fix these issues after my trip. I brought the truck back as scheduled and didn't get it for three days, but the only thing they fixed was the rear plate light. I've been calling ever since. They keep saying they'll provide a rental car so they can replace the fender well (which they now have in stock) and inspect the electronic braking system -- but no one ever calls back. Every time, it's the same story: "We'll call you when the rental's ready." That call never comes. It's been almost four months, and nothing has been resolved. I've been patient and understanding, but this dealership's lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable. If you're considering buying from Classic Dodge & Chrysler, please get every promise in writing. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting their word.
