Whomever designed those bathrooms is an idiot. Also there's no fan you can turn on in the bathroom so every surface gets extremely wet with condensation once you're done showering. He was very welcoming and while there was a problem with his computer system, he remained calm and transparent throughout. It did take a little longer than expected. Our room was on the 4th floor which is the top floor, and very clean. We appreciated the extra space with the couch area. There also was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, but not a full kitchen like other suite hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast, waffles, oatmeal, eggs and bacon. The eggs were terrible and rubbery but the coffee was top notch. The lobby also had a bar with about 5 high top seats and plenty of tables. I'd recommend staying here but make sure you bring your own pillows since there was very flat!

It was slightly busy when I stayed (I think there were some sports teams staying and other large groups) and the breakfast area felt very full - a downside to the "cooler" layout instead of just plain rectangular tables. I felt like the breakfast was not as good in quality nor amount of options as competitors in the same category (Hyatt House/Place brands tend to be much better). My room was well appointed and the separate seating area and work desk were great for keeping my travel bags and dinner away from the bed. The bathroom was clean, everything worked, and the AC was strong. I had forgotten something at home and asked the front desk if they had one (dental & shaving kit). These are items specifically listed by Marriott as complimentary and available, so I knew that they had them. However, the employee I interacted with had no idea what I was talking about. In the end I went back to breakfast, and by the time I was finished another employee had come on duty and shown the first guy what I was talking about. Hopefully these service gaps improve over time. I would stay here again if I had business or an event in the area.

The day of the wedding, everything was great, he even took extra footage so that I would have a nice video. He told me that day that I would have the video within 1 week. A week came and went, and no video. I finally decided to reach out to him towards the end of September, and received no response. I called and left a message, and my husband called and left a message, and still no response. The first time I heard from him since the wedding was on December 7 stating that my emails were lost in his spam folder, and I should be receiving my video within the week.... still, no video was sent out. I emailed again the week of Christmas asking if I may have missed it... no response was returned until January 11, where again, he is stating that my video will be going out next week and confirmed my address at that time. Here we are, February 14, and I have emailed several times since then, have reached out to the venue for their help in getting my wedding video, and he seems to not be answering them, either. I am completely out of options. I've gotten maybe 4 emails from him (and that's being generous, since at least 2 of them were on the same day where he was confirming my address to send the video to.) At this point, I'd recommend to stay away from them!

She was very friendly and responsive from the moment I inquired about a Pin Up shoot and worked with my schedule to book the shoot. She let me know that I could send her any photos, poses, or ideas I had. So I provided her with a few different ideas and a few Pin Up photos that I liked, and from that little bit, she was able to get the exact shots/vision I had in mind. I must admit I was a bit nervous at first, being half naked and photographed. When she saw that I was nervous, she completely calmed my nerves by giving me words of encouragement and telling me that the photos were going to turn out amazing. I immediately felt more comfortable, sexy, and confident. I couldn't believe how much she knew about Pin Up Photography. She was extremely knowledgeable about poses, angles, and how to get the best shot. During the shoot she was very helpful, fixing my outfit, pose, or hair to get the best photo possible. I loved that she took her time and never made me feel rushed or pressured to get the right shot, which I think is extremely important with these types of sessions. The best part about the whole experience was she was as excited as I was to see the photos. She had a preview set up for me on my own private website the very next morning (my shoot was at night). The photos blew my mind! I couldn't believe that I was finally a Pin Up! Her directions, angles, background, and props were spot on classic Pin Up! The quality of the pictures is amazing. They are sexy, but still very tasteful! I'm way beyond satisfied. I've also seen her other work for weddings, family portraits, couples portraits, and baby/children's portraits and it's awesome! Yeah...I know what you're thinking..."Wow I want Crys Bogan Photography for my next event/photo shoot, but if she's this amazing she must be expensive." I can tell you first hand that she is really reasonable and definitely beats any price in Philly by a mile! It's completely worth the drive and every dime I spent. Remember, pictures last forever and when you want a special moment captured choose wisely not cheaply, and Crys Bogan Photography hands down has my recommendations for any type of photography you are looking for.
