These are supposed to be cherished memories, and instead, they're just frustrating reminders of a missed opportunity. If you're considering using this service -- don't. At her suggestion, I paid by credit card over the phone. The credit card was charged $5.30 more than the check was written for. On 11/18/2025, I received the uncashed check in the mail from Christmas City. The check was absolutely signed when it was returned to me, showing it was signed when it was submitted for payment. Today, 11/19/2025, I called Christmas City back to inquire why the credit card payment was more than the check. "Samantha" claimed it was for shipping fees, which was not stated anywhere on their paperwork. I also told her the returned check was absolutely signed when Christmas City returned it to me. Samantha insisted it was not and stopped short of actually calling me a liar. They are dishonest and over charging people. Horrible customer service.
