I have used them in the past and will not again. However, I have been able to contact all of my children's teachers whenever I need to. I had a meeting earlier today with one due to some health issues, and they were not only able to suggest options of who to call there to provide additional support, but also on things we could do, such as me reading her things to her and voice-to-text (eye problems). For my oldest, she has issues with math, and they are always quick to help, be it with text, Zoom, or extra materials to help her. They even have peer tutoring. I like the amount of class time and the length of the assignments. I feel like it's just enough for them to learn the topic, but not so much that they are on for 8 hours a day. My oldest does about 4 1/2-5 hours in high school, and my 5th grader does about 3 1/2-4. That is counting classes and school work, and it is Monday-Friday.
