Absolutely Outstanding Experience at SAI Oral Surgery Port Orange!…read more I recently had oral surgery to remove a top right wisdom tooth at SAI Oral Surgery with Dr. Timothy Parke, DMD, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming -- the team who brought me into the room made me feel at ease and even offered me a soft fuzzy blanket to keep me warm during the procedure. It's those small, thoughtful touches that made a big difference. Dr. Parke was amazing from start to finish. When he first met with me to go over my X-rays, he was both highly professional and easy to understand. He explained everything clearly, using both medical terms and simple language so I felt completely informed and confident going into the surgery. The procedure itself went flawlessly, and the healing process was surprisingly smooth with only minor discomfort afterward. I truly believe that's a reflection of Dr. Parke's skill and care in how he performed the surgery. If you're looking for a place where you'll feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for, I wholeheartedly recommend SAI Oral Surgery and Dr. Parke. Excellent service, compassionate staff, and top-tier expertise -- a rare combination that's hard to find.

This was the New Smyrna Beach office. What happened to the customer is always right? What happened…read moreto just kind Customer service at front desk? This is what happens when companies get too big and don't need their customers or new patients. Not only did I watch a mother get denied coverage for a procedure already performed on her daughter in front of me, after I was spoken to so condescendingly and lied to as they made up fake state policy to try to get me to be quiet. They told me my state issued ID is not acceptable and only a drivers license is acceptable by medical state law. I missed a morning of work and making money for my family to be here Today. Still, they continued to lie and make me look like an idiot in front of other patients. To be flat out, lied to about what medical state policy is in order to appear right in front of your customers and make your new. Patient appear dumb and rude for simply stating my state ID is a state ID And does not have to be a drivers license. This is when company owners stop caring because they believe their reputation is already too good to worry about one little guy like me.

SCOTT LAWSON is arguably the worst oral surgeon that I have ever had the bad luck to come across…read more If you're my age, you remember "Little Shop Of Horrors".... yes, that bad. I went in to have a tooth removed and he came in, asked the legal questions ( are you sure you want an extraction? and have you been informed of potential issues with the procedure?) He then told me to open up and jabbed me with a needle, I jerked back - first because he didn't tell me he was stabbing me and second, because there was no numbing beforehand. I told him it hurt, he stabbed me a second time then he mumbled something and left the room. Shortly after he disappeared, the lady in the next room started to moan in pain as he worked on her. He then came back, put something in my mouth and asked if it hurt. I said I could feel the pressure. He said good, because that was a knife. Then he yanked the tooth out of my head, ripping the side of my gum. He told me he was done and left. The assistant handed me my prescriptions and showed me out the door. (this review is only for the Dr himself - the staff and wait time were just as bad though) If I had a little more money, knowledge and time, I'd pursue ways to get him reprimanded. If anyone needs a witness to testify to the treatment by this "Doctor" I will gladly be there in my best suit to offer sworn testimony. (PS, no, I'm not a "wimp" and I have had many dentists work in my mouth over the past 40 years. This one is off the charts.)
