This clinic is large with numerous doctors and a pharmacy next door. The waiting room has comfortable seats, a TV, current magazines and hand sanitizers available. The front staff at this clinic are warm, friendly and very helpful. Something I'm not familiar with since I find the opposite at Calgary clinics. The doctor that saw me was great. I made an initial appointment looking for a new physician. They set me up with a Dr. and it was a "meet and greet" appointment with the Dr to see if it's a good fit. Love this idea and something that I have never encountered. At the initial appointment, we chatted about my health, concerns and all that other good stuff. It was very relaxing and not rushed at all. The Dr recommended I make another appointment to come back to do an initial exam and all that other good stuff like blood work so we can start off fresh as patient - Dr. A great first experience and looking forward to coming back and having a new Dr in #YYC. This will be my new go-to clinic and I'm happy to find an excellent Dr who really listens.

The staff actually lost my replacement medical device at one point and attempted to blame it on me, and after 3 MONTHS of calling them every day they finally 'found' me a replacement. Front desk staff are rude and have absolutely no medical knowledge. Dr. Arwan is clearly on interested in selling pills rather then treating the actual problem. I've never once waited less then an hour for my appointment (always scheduled ahead of time). Terrible terrible terrible. Worst experience with a doctors office in my life.

She was professional and spent allot of time chatting and was nice to not feel rushed. It's a brand new clinic in the NW and they are taking new patients, which is great. They also have an on site pharmacy , which helps for prescriptions and plenty of free parking.

They were wonderful and incredibly helpful as soon as I walked in and made the whole process easy. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before being brought into the back. They also have the pharmacy inside which is AMAZING! Again, I only had to wait maybe another 5 minutes for my prescription to be filled. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

He isn't the kind of doctor that is rushing you out of the room before you've even sat down. He is kind and caring and will always be there to listen and talk things through with you. Went for knee pain, he…read morebasically convinced me to NOT ask for an MRI, several months later go in for same problem and he reads from HIS notes that I REFUSED an MRI. Claim ends up thru WCB, after literally months of back and forth trying to get them to simply give the file to WCB I find out that in my file he had written down the wrong knee having issues! Apparently they can't accept email, everything has to be by fax?! They said they never got faxes, never got letters, even after I could confirm that they did. Go get the MRI, I call them a week later to ask if they got it... they tell me no, but the doctor will call me right after they get it... the next day WCB calls they got it on the Friday before and have already had a doctor write a report. I give Excel 3 more days, I call and they lie to me saying they only got the MRI yesterday! Doctor still hasn't called. It's not just a single doctor, it seems they have their front staff lying to clients and very hard to work with. I emailed them asking if they would take a complaint before I posted this.... they haven't bother to respond.

Then I'm taken back to one of the patients' rooms and have to wait another 30 minutes before the dr. comes in. After explaining my issue and history with back problems, and how I've never had any sort of scan performed to get a deeper understanding of what might be the cause, I'm told to take muscle relaxants, watch physio videos on YouTube, and wait to see what happens. Wow, I should've been a doctor... Even after confirming my name when he walked in, the dr mistakenly pulls up another patient's information on his computer and is glancing at that throughout the visit, mentioning how I've been on another medication previously for pain (which is not correct because he's not looking at my file). All this is realized as I'm walking to the pharmacy afterwards however, as I was ultimately handed a prescription with someone else's name and insurance info on it. So, I've just been told about another patient's personal medical history with pain meds and have the ability to use his name and insurance to get a prescription... By this point the dr had already began assisting another patient, so I'm told by staff to wait AGAIN until he's finished so the prescription can be corrected!! Brilliant. Decided I had enough of my time wasted and walked out. Stunned by the mismanagement and inefficiency of this clinic.

Knowing it gets busy, although I don't think I've ever waited longer than 1.5 hours (which isn't bad for walk in) I came just before 9am when they open. I was the first one in and saw the doc and was out by 9:15. It was epic! It's generally Dr. Ramsey who is the walk in doc and he's always been good to deal with. Efficient and quick.
