People think just because they drive from far away think like they deserve a better deal. It is costing me nearly $10K to fix the issues this car has including the steering rack, missing bolts to the sub (it had been replaced by the dealer with a cheap ebay knock-off that was actually defective), tie rod ends and more. Throughout the process the sales rep and the sales manager represent the vehicle as having been inspected end to end and as being in excellent condition. Now, to be fair the actual buying experience was very smooth but that just shows what con men they are. Truth is they misrepresented the car and all its issues and they knew it. You will find other reviews similar this this one. BELIEVE THEM. These people are NOT running and honest business.

Our daughter (24) bought a 2016 Honda HRV in June from Omega. Lives in VA, relocating to an area…read morewhere she knows no one and has at least 30 min commute. Bought all the warranties with the car. Put 7k cash down and financed the rest, wasn't a cheap car. Noticed before the test drive the tire was very low. Was told by Mike because of the cold mornings we've had (yeah in June) they checked the tire "they put it up and blow air and check it for any leaks" Mikes words. That clearly did NOT happen. Our daughter flew back to VA and we had plans to swap cars in a few weeks. She had one of ours. The car had not been driven for a week. I noticed tire was low again and saw a nail in the tire. So it hadn't really been checked. We fix the tire, then Check engine lights come on, headlight is out and parking break light is flashing, back up camera doesn't work has actually been dismantled. Take it back to Omega and find out the radio has been swapped out, car has a non factory radio. Told by Mike it was an Apple system, which it's not an Apple system. Also previous owner also dismantled the backup camera. Drive it home, engine light comes back on. Take it back. Cancel our trip to swap cars. Try again. Halfway to our trip check engine light comes back on. We drive it to VA not wanting our daughter in it. In VA take it to a Honda dealer, $199 for diagnostics. Multiple parts not Honda. Needs about $1600. worth of work. Multiple parts are not Honda. Honda contacts the warranty to find out what will even be covered. Find out the payment was NOT made to the warranty company so it was cancelled. Mike is supposed to on it with the warranty but we don't even know what's going to be covered. Will our daughter now have to pay an additional $1800, I guess we wait and see. Earlier my husband talked to Mike about the warranty being cancelled; even with Mike knowing the car is again in the shop in VA. There was no apology, no reaction at all. NO I would NOT recommend this dealership. It's has been an absolute disappointment. Had the car not even 1 month, it's something bad every time it gets driven. Which the only time it's been driven is back to the dealership to fix something. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any business dealing. Don't risk it. Find another car. Find another dealership. I wish we would have walked anyway as soon as I saw the flat tire.

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even shop around. I'll be back. Thank you, Edward, for proving that exceptional customer service still exists!
