However, I had water running down the walls, the skylight wells were soaking wet as was my flooring. Rain was coming in around roof vents... I spent over an hour using towels to dry walls which will be water stained, - the skylight wells look really bad. ...I am 83 years old, the hub is 85 and we don't need to have this kind of negligence. Covenant said they would send a painter and correct the damage. They will not get paid until the damage is fixed to our approval.
