I was able to document footage of what I had experienced-on video. It was insane!!! After the storm had stopped, I discovered my skylight had been severely damaged. I contacted my original roofing company-still under warranty-Noland's Roofing to come examine and give me an estimate for my roof repair(s). Unfortunately, the service I received from Noland's Roofing Company was unprofessional, overpriced, delayed and they failed to make repairs under my original warranty as well I quickly used googles search engine: where I located Revolution Contractors Roofing & Solar inc. I checked their reviews. This company had All 5 Stars which gave me confidence by contacting them-immediately. On the same day of my initial call; I was referred to a Roofing Specialist by the name of Andrew. Using a respectful time frame, he came to my residence and installed a tarp to prevent any further damages to my broken skylight and water leakage from my ceiling. Andrew is extremely insightful of the company's products. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed all of my roof issues. Andrew is an amazing roof specialist with the utmost patience for customers. On August 11, 2023, Revolution Contractors Roof & Solar inc. completed the most beautiful roof repair that I could imagine. I am so happy and thankful for Andrew and his crew men who took their time to remove my damaged roof and skylight and gave me a new roof that is close to perfection. You All are the BEST!!! However, I had water running down the walls, the skylight wells were soaking wet as was my flooring. Rain was coming in around roof vents... I spent over an hour using towels to dry walls which will be water stained, - the skylight wells look really bad. ...I am 83 years old, the hub is 85 and we don't need to have this kind of negligence. Covenant said they would send a painter and correct the damage. They will not get paid until the damage is fixed to our approval.

We called BatterBee, and a young man came out, knew exactly what was causing the leak, and got right to fixing it. Never had another problem. This year, 2025, we decided because the house was aging and it was now after Hurricane season, we decided to replace our roof. Anthony Bax came out, explained what the project would involve, and the cost. We signed right away, knowing we had the Right company for the replacement of our roof. They took all the precautions to safeguard our shrubs, flowerbeds, and windows, covering them with netting. They even laid a tarp down in the driveway before bringing in their dumpster to collect the old roofing shingles. In two days, we had a new roof. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house had become. We live 2-3 blocks from the four railroad crossings where the train horn alerts each and every time at each crossing. We can no longer hear the trains. We had our house painted last year ( 2024 ) in a light gray. We chose " Pacific Ocean Shingle in a two-tone gray color in Owens Corning shingles and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the new roof. We also got a lifetime warranty against Leaks, with all materials and labor covered. Our Warranty is Transferable, which is a great selling point when we are ready to sell.
