Everytime I text Doug he replies asap and never more than a few hours after I reach out. I had them come look at my "pool" after struggling for weeks with another local company. I could LITERALLY write a 3 paragraph tale of the adventures I had with that local company but I won't do that in this review. Needless to say, I felt defeated, angry and didn't think my pool would ever get fixed. I threw a "Hail Mary" at premier and they caught it and scored the game winning touch down.
