Their drivers are rude and they throw your cans everywhere because they are mad they have to do a job. They try to weigh your trash so they can charge you more and look through your trash to see if they can complain about what your throwing away that's not RESIDENTIAL trash. The salesman, whom God- blessed my husband, said that the Bad Boy 1025 as the IDENTICAL machine. IT WAS NOT...while both are 25 hp the TYM is a larger tractor with a 1380 lb lift capacity. The Bad Boy has just over half the lift capacity. We found out from Ocala Tractor that the list price is $15,900.00. They charged my husband $17,900.00, (which is $1000 less than the TYM. And a good deal if they HAD BEEN the same machine, they are not...) Then he came home where we realized we had gotten "had". We went to Ocala tractor and traded in the Bad Boy and only could get $8500 for trade in on a new machine and had to pay $9500 toward the TYM... GOTO OCALA TRACTOR IF YOU WANT HONESTY AND GOOD BUSINESS ACCUMEN.

Recently we had a glitch with our credit card we use for auto payments for our rentals, unrelated to A-1, and at the same time A-1 was experiencing issues with their new system, in which A-1 wasn't at fault.... Regardless, as in the past, Tiffany was very helpful in straightening out the issue. She always has a great attitude, which is consistently friendly and professional. First person Stacy tells me to get the part number and I have another call come in and ask if she'll hold a few seconds while i tell them I'll call back. literally 10 seconds later she's hung up on me. So I call back..wade through the message and the lady tells me Stacy is busy at the counter now...she can 'help' me. I explain that the part number I read off we've been waiting for and SHE changes the whole story to 'we never sell parts'. Calls me a liar for claiming that I was quoted and have waited a a few months now. Accuses me of being 'rude' for saying that's what happened..hangs up when i say 'but you're calling me a liar'. Great PR people. Great PR..... so what do I do now? i call Behringer and the lady I get there acts like she's standing right by the other lady. Talks over the top of me and tries to divert me to another service center who will probably tell me the same thing. Sorry done being baited and switched on for the day.
