Jeremy Horton, the proprietor, was sent to my house by another contractor to undertake widening of…read moremy driveway. Our home has a small built-on garage with a car port adjacent. The car port had a slanted surface, and its offset from the driveway made it tricky to enter. I wished to be able to drive my Forester straight in and straight out. Jeremy and I considered several alternatives and came up with a plan. He dug out the slanted area to level the surface and cut back a small hillside that rose toward my neighbor. To hold the soil in place, he created a pressure-treated wood bulkhead against the hillside to maintain this modification in place. He then planted decorative grasses on the dirt slope to hold the soil together. On the new surface he packed gravel stones in place of concrete, to save on cost. Throughout he was most cheerful and accommodating, explaining everything he did to insure my understanding. I was pleased enough that I later asked him to build a pergola that my wife and I wished to have behind our house, attached to the rear of the garage, to provide a shady place to sit outdoors. Jeremy came up with a plan at a reasonable price, deposited the materials needed within a very few days, and then showed up with a most competent crew to construct this shelter. It was perfect, exactly what we wanted. It is sturdy, attached to the rear of the garage and resting on solid timbers. It has a metal roof and an effective draining system. It can easily withstand a gale force wind. We have furnished the space and are very pleased. Wii Care+ is a most reliable, responsive, and efficient contractor, capable of taking on numerous projects. He is generous with occasional extras and does not rest until his client is fully satisfied. Whatever you'd like to build, ask him to bid on it and he will perform to your complete satisfaction.

We were pleased with the photos of his craftsmanship until we were in town and on closer inspection realized that Mr. Byers installed doors costing $538 each rather than the $1353.61 each for which he had quoted. Prior to installation, we were clear in our communication with him that we wanted the better quality doors. He responded with a photo of the doors he would be purchasing, and we agreed to the quote based on that quality of doors. We would never agreed to over $3600 for materials for the cheaper doors. We tried to get to the bottom of this with him several times and we received either no response or delays, until he admitted to the cheaper brand doors (but without showing the price). Further, he did not provide paperwork, receipts, or the lifetime warranty provided with the better doors upon request. We are in a bad way, because this is our retirement home and we needed to have a product that was durable and energy saving. We have no proof of purchase or promised lifetime warranty for the existing doors. We will likely have to replace these doors too as they do not appear durable. I would be very leery of hiring this person/company, especially if you are not personally purchasing the material or supervising the work. We hired Ryan and TruMark roofing earlier this year to replace our roof at the recommendation of my…read morebrother and his neighbor, and I'm very glad we did. Old busted roof? Meet new hotness roof! Boom! It looks great! Ryan and his team were always professional, polite, courteous (he even insisted on calling me "ma'am" even though we're about the same age which was adorable), and always punctual and on time. He never talked down to me or "mansplained" anything. He was nice to my dog. And they were fast and efficient! On roofing day, they showed up early and had three layers of old shingles removed, the decking completely replaced, a new roof installed and gutters reinstalled on a 1700 sq. ft. house and had cleaned up after themselves all by mid-afternoon, and the dumpster was gone the next day. He even showed up the next day to double check his men's work. I've never made a homeowners insurance claim before so I was nervous about filing a claim for storm damage on our roof, but I shouldn't have been, because Ryan took care of literally everything. He came over for a free inspection and helped me a file a claim with my insurance company over speakerphone while standing with me in my driveway. He briefed me on what to expect from an insurance inspection, and met the insurance inspector at our house. He spent extra time on the phone with me one night after supper going over the insurance's first estimate they sent making sure I understood everything. When our insurance company tried to rip us off, he metaphorically Spartan-kicked them into the Pit of Compliance and eventually got us almost FOUR TIMES the amount of money for our roof repair than originally we were offered. We ended up not paying a dime out of pocket except our deductible. Our roof looks so great our house looks like an entirely new house, and it's held up without a hint of a leak during all these spring storms. TL;DR: Can't recommend them enough. 10/10 stars, if Yelp went that high. Teamwork makes the dream work.

This septic had not been pumped in 15 years or more but they were able to come out, dig out the area, pump the septic, and cover it back in an hour. They two men that came out where so nice and called when they were on the way also. I highly recommend Bellew!!!

The very next day my mom woke up to find water sitting on the left and on the right side of her house. Common sense would tell you if you come out to do plumbing work on someone's house and the very next day there is puddles of water sitting on both sides of the house (and it's not from rain) more than likely its from the plumbing work done on the house the day before. There was no leak the day before when you worked on it, but there's a leak the day after you worked on it, you do the math. You could atleast come back out to check to see what the problem is. That's just good business practice first of all. But no, the first thing you want to do is deny all plausibility. This is definitely a lesson learned. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
