They outsourced to a random crew that completely screwed up the build. It has now been over 5 weeks and I am now filing a lawsuit, since I will have to hire another company to rebuild the entire fence. The owner, Jeremiah did a great job convincing me to hire him. However, he failed when it was time to deliver. 1. They didn't use cement on all of the posts to include the gates. 2. The gates are crooked and completely in level. The two sides of the gate don't match and were built using different lengths of wood. 3. Some planks have nails, some have screws, some are loose and are not secured at the top or bottom. 4. There are unacceptable gaps between the planks. In all of them!! I can see my neighbors and they can see me. 5. They left 6 bags of cement (which got rained on) on my lawn. They discarded a huge amount of debris from the old fence onto my neighbor's property. They left broken boards, nails, and other construction materials all over my property. After I canceled the check I wrote them, they came back and cleaned up, and made promises to fix the fence, but here we are 5 weeks later.

I was extremely impressed by these four individuals attentiveness of what Jeffrey was instructing them to do. Jeff had initially told me $3800 for my rather large deck plus we needed a wheelchair ramp that I thought to be impossible to build given the space of good solid ground he had to work with up the street. My mom had to have it. Her health isn't good. Jeff explained to me that there could be more added at the end depending on what took place at my mom's home. If it turned taking him the entire 5 days he allotted for my two projects the total would $6100.00 which I thought was a great deal due to the situation at my mom's. Jeff and I decided to knock my Deck out then move to my mom's. These guys were done with my deck in 2 days. But when they finished at my mom's and was packing up to leave after day 3 I was astonished. Especially when Jeffrey came to collect for the job. I paid $3,000 up front like Jeffrey asked.
