I had an alignment problem with my 1977 Ford Bronco. They fixed it when two other alignment shops could not. Thanks guys!

Had to Uber kids to school, call roadside assistance for jump. Was not told until back in person that the reason was THEY NEVER REPLACED THE BATTERY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE IT ON THE PAPERWORK. This was the sole issue that had been discussed for 2 days prior. I'm still pleasant at this point; walk home. Receive call ACCUSING me of not giving them my keys; they strongly believe this because "I gave them the car running". I'm like duh, the battery's dead, that was a convenience TO YOU. At this point, I say "you already didn't render services upon payment in full and now you're telling me you lost my keys, why would I believe you?" I hung up, I'm on my way. On the way on my child's scooter, I get a VM, of course they found the keys. Pete(?) meets me outside, hands me keys, tries to show me "what happened". As I'm already getting in my car, he says "I don't appreciate you hollering at my guy". Well, I don't like the false security of being sent off for paid services not rendered and then getting accused of lying and the possible stress of lost keys on top! Wow! I never even asked for a refund. UNACCEPTABLE.

Draw your own conclusions about what sort of services such an individual may provide. I didn't realize this until I venmo'd him a deposit to purchase materials for my wheel refinishing. Everyone deserves a second chance right? That's what I told myself as I feared for the worst. I should have trusted my gut because the experience with this guy was TERRIBLE from the get go, but I kept telling myself that these were honest mistakes. The most sporadic, unpredictable, awful work quality, and piss poor communication I've EVER dealt with. I don't even know where to start with this saga so I'll give the cliff notes. Wanted the guy to refinish my wheels and touch up some paint on the body of my car. He decides to REPAINT the car in my garage. What I thought was going to be a couple hours of work turned into MULTIPLE DAYS of work (never full days - he'd often show up and then leave for HOURS and then show up in the evening). I thought he was going to do touch ups, and I walk into my garage to see the front end is COMPLETELY sanded off. Never told me what he was going to do and what he was going to charge. Increased the scope of work and cost 7x vs. what he'd signaled to me. Can you believe it? Given painting was not in a controlled environment, I end up with bugs, pitting, overspray, and dust in this newly painted finish that doesn't even match the rest of the car and I'm paying 7x what he told me. What a joke. Total nightmare dealing with this guy. He promised me I'd be happy with the work and there's literally nothing that I can say is good work. Wheels have pitting and unevenness, there's overspray on my garage floor, windshield, headlights, trim. Bugs and dust in my paint. This doesn't even cover that he would be working in my nice quiet residential neighborhood till 11PM on weekdays at times, with an air compressor and generator on! Told me he'd show up in the morning one day and shows up at 830PM! Tells me another day he'd show up and doesn't even show up. One day had his brother work on the car who did even shoddier work, and had to spend another day to fix all his mistakes. Then he has the audacity to tell me he has spent too much time on the job and is losing money on it. Well guess what - I never signed up to spend 7 times the initial quote to have a full repaint done that Maaco would be embarrassed of. What kind of outfit is this? Take your money and go somewhere else. You'll be glad you did

He told me that because I was local he would offer a discount. I was told that because he was a small business he would accept cash only. Reputable business pay taxes, and make things convenient for their customers. When we met he was trying to sell me more services and actually suggested I fix wheels (cheap replacements) at a cost above replacement. I agreed to repair 2 wheels and asked that a 3rd be checked. Steve told me it would be a couple of hours and asked me to type my # into his personal phone. I waited 3 hours and then called, no answer and a full VM box. I was hoping that I could pick up the wheels and take them elsewhere because my bad feelings were now bolstered. I made a second call same as before so I drove over. No one was there and the place was locked up. Finally he picked up the phone after 4pm and said that he had straightened all 3 and that I could pick them up in the morning. I never authorized this and was unwilling to pay for it. He also started with the attitude and said he tried to call, but there was no incoming calls to my phone. When I picked up the wheels I asked for evidence that the 3rd wheel was bent. He pointed to some Sharpie marks on the rim. We got into a screaming match and he called me a cheapskate. He actually told me to just pay for the 2 wheels and then when I did he refused to give me change and took $50 more than he agreed to. The service was terrible, Steve is rude, not transparent and a liar. After this experience I asked my mechanic who he uses, and he told me Rimpro in Tyngsboro. https://www.rimpro.com/ I wish I read these reviews prior to using this company.
