McDonald's - Not bad, nor will I tell you that good, my children like it very much. - Burgers Near Me - Yulee, Florida

Easily the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered online and still waited over 20min in the drive through. I was one of 3 cars. Business wasn't exactly booming. Hash brown came not in a sleeve. Just tossed in bag. Bag was ripped down the side. Staff was nice enough read more

I hate the place. this hamburger gave me food poisoning. I was in the bathroom for 2 hours. I could not leave and my tummy hurt so bad.i asked them what's the best thing here they said this hamburger and it came out with mold on it and the tomato's were black and burn. This is so bad I will never come here again. I had to go to the hospital and they made me stay overnight. *24 hours* all because I eat a dang burger. I will never forgive Amy. Amy was my server. She cussed me out. Called my son Paxton bad words. Called him the b word and it hurt his feelings. He came into the car balling his poor eyes out. I call his step dad and told him about this. He is pulling up right now to talk to Amy. Also not to add but the burger gave me a parasite. I also have a huge a grape sized bump on my head. My husband divorce me because of how big the bump on my head was. He told me that I looked like a flower. And my poor son cried himself to sleep. My poor baby. I will miss Randy he was my baby boo. Thank you for reading this. God bless you and god bless Paxton. read more

this is the WORST McDonald's and workers I've seen by far, one of the managers(supposedly in training) is a rude fartlicker with no manners, and apparently the people making food can't read anything correctly because they put nasty, old looking lettuce and tomatoes when it was specified to not have them. get better people and learn how to make an order correctly, please! very disappointed. read more

I always liked the mcd filetofish. But this location NEVER steams the bun. I was a swing manager at mcd (not here) many years ago. They ALWAYS steamed the buns for filetofish. Every other location we've been at steamed the buns. Dry gross sandwich otherwise. Once made mobile order here. Girl on drive-thru speaker was INCREDIBLY rude on pickup. We'll never be back. Can't believe I was a manager at mcd and won't ever go to our local store! read more

Josh was THE BEST employee last night. He made sure my experience was amazing ! Josh I love you, you made my night and week This Mcdonald's does not deserve the hate it gets 24/7. If you actually talk to the workers and form a connection with them you will see they are very nice and chill people. Josh searched through boxes in the back to make sure I got the hello kitty cup that matched my car and aesthetic. Josh is a real one! read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. No matter if it's drive through or ordering on the app. Always wrong. Just made an order and they forgot two hash browns. Time to switch to another ff restaurant in the area! Don't really want to give 1star but have to so review will be posted. read more

The worst McDonald location ever. The service is horrible. Every time I visit that location( not by choice) i have a horrific experience. The drive thru is the slowest I have ever seen. The customer service is poor and the food always cold no matter if they are busy or not. I wish there was another restaurant closer because I absolutely hate this restaurant in Yulee but unfortunately my special need child loves McDonald fries. read more

McDonald's drive-through and they must've been doing a shift change because it took 10 minutes for somebody to finally take my order and then they proceeded to take two cars and lane one before my order in lane two which I was there 10 minutes before those two cars even got there. And then they were at a hashbrowns and when they finally brought my order out, the lady refused to walk out to my car. I had to get out of my car and go get the order from the front door. Customer services an old-fashioned ID I guess. read more

Fast food? More like slow food. They take way too long and if you mobile order it'll take even longer. Food was cold by the time I got it and the ice in my drink was melted. I waited 30 minutes for three items. Waste of money and waste of time read more

Ordering sign was not working so I pulled to drive thru window. Employee told me to pull around and try the other kiosk. I asked her to take my order and she said no. I asked for a manager and Nicole came to the window. She said they would not take my order and I had to pull around and try the other kiosk. I said no. Nicole said what do you think you're going to do, make me take your order. Pull around or leave she said. What a shitry experience at a pathetic restaurant with a pathetic manager. Fernandina and Yulee are owned by the same person and this goes to show how the owner treats their employees and the employees in turn treat customers. Stay away from McDonalds in Nassau County read more

Average drive thru wait time is 30-35 minutes. Food is frequently undercooked despite long wait.

In the drive thru...more like held hostage because I was stuck for over 30 minutes only to be served the hardest fried buttermilk chicken tenders ever! Let's add that the fries were cold. Now considering the waiting and the monster apologies at the drive thru window you would think the food would have at least been hot and good, but it was far from even somewhat tasty. I had only eaten two pieces of toast all day so I was a bit stuck with this crap of a meal as I was head to toe dirty from working in the yard and was not walking into any restaurant looking and smelling like I had not bathed in weeks. Thus, I ate the crap meal tossing the cold fries, washing the dry over cooked chicken down with the sweet tea and promised myself never again to eat any of this mess again. read more

Very nice night workers! Delightful experience. Ice cream was good. The machine worked!!!#bussing

During my time here on Yelp, I've only written two, 1 star reviews and the only thing keeping this one from being number three is the hot fries...and that's sad. All you need to do is look at the previous reviews and it's easy to see that there is no consistency in service or food at this location. This review is strictly about the customer service experience..the food tonight was normal McDonald's and like I said, the fries were hot. It's not a good sign when you walk in and there's several people waiting to get their orders, including an irate customer, holding a small child, loudly telling Debbie (the order taker) that his order was "just right there" and the manager steps in and says "she doesn't know where it's at". So Debbie steps back to the counter to take our order seemingly irate herself and full of bad attitude. My wife places her order, then my daughter, followed by me...3 combo meals, nothing special. While ringing it up, one meal gets deleted, but we're handed 3 cups. Once I confirm the deletion on the ticket, I gotta re-order the one meal. Follow that with, we told her "dine-in" and it was rung up "take out". No smile, no "thank you", no "sorry about that", no "kiss my a$$", nothing. While dining in, we overhear Debbie telling another customer that the fries at a competitor (B.K.) are better. Who does that as an employee? Finally, watching the entire staff ignore the manager's request/direction for garbage on the floor (fry holders) be picked up before someone slips on them, lends credence to why you aren't "EARNING" $15 an hour. read more

I came through the drive thru and pulled up to a very sweet cashier getting yelled at and cussed out by her GM. I called asking for the gm to get a corporate number and she said "f$&@ me" and hung up. This lady is a problem and needs to be fired. read more

This Mickeys is very. VERY inconsistent at best for food quality. This is oxymoronic to their corporate consistency tenet. I occasionally go here because of convenience. Other observations : They are consistently one of the slowest. People wearing managerial looking outfits walk past you so fast, you can feel the breeze they cause as they speed walk past. No acknowledgement of your presence Many of the order takers only look at the ground while they take my order, as if the ground was ordering a cheeseburger. The one that has the long, slender, perfectly manicured nails is flat out creepy. TODAY (2-3PM): I DON'T USE KIOSKS BECAUSE: 1. They absorb jobs that people need 2. If somebody with Covid 19 touched the keys and I touch the same keys I NOW HAVE COVID ON MY FINGERS. I walked in the lobby. NOONE IN LINE, 3 CARS IN DRIVE THRU. NOT BUSY. The dark skinned lady in the managerial outfit, STANDING BEHIND THE REGISTER told me to use THE KIOSK. I told her I don't use kiosks. She then said using the kiosk would speed up my order (speed up what? There were no customers in the lobby). I repeated I don't use kiosks. The managerial person then sent an employee out to "help" me use the kiosk. I repeated that "I don't use kiosks" . I didn't attempt to explain my reasons for not "kiosking" because she didn't seem to be into customer service at all. I ended the interaction stating "I'll eat somewhere else" and walked out. McD's just brought back Hi C Orange drink. Too bad this location has such mugwump service. read more

Just close down this location. Always slow & order is not always correct. Food comes out cold.

Don't expect to get food in less than 35 mins and don't expect them to have anything you order in stock either. They are always out of half the menu, they yell at each other on the line and through the drive through, and even if there's only 3 cars you'll wait all morning for one item. McDonald's really should fix this store. read more

I don't go here often. But, we're doing Keto so I ordered scrambled eggs w patty sausage (no home fries or biscuit). The sausage was pretty good. But, it's pretty obvious most people don't order scrambled eggs. Mine appeared like they were made 3 hours before and sat in a holding tray. The were hard and dark yellow on the outside, light color on inside. The were one piece of egg like a patty. Won't go here again for breakfast. Awful. read more

I'll start by saying that I am not a huge fan of McDonalds as a rule, but I absolutely have to give kudos to this group. Coming home from the beach with 2 cranky, starving grandkids, I was willing to take what I could get. But even with a line wrapped around the building, we were thru and had our order in record time. And IT WAS RIGHT!! Down to the very specific orders of two plain cheeseburgers, just meat and cheese. No surprise pickles, no ketchup or mustard to wipe off for a very demanding child. What a wonderful surprise. Thank you, thank you to the staff today, who took care of us with smiles all around. read more

This McDonald's is a shame. The only thing good about it is actually the service. The regular lady who takes your order and payment is A wonderful asset. The other members are also pretty friendly. They also get your order right. However, the wait time at this McDonald's is so horrible. So efficiency is majorly lacking. You can easily wait 15-20 min in the drive thru for your food, and the order ahead and pick up is no better. I ordered a coke for them to bring to my car. Just a coke. I waited about 3 minutes and I went inside and my coke was just sitting on the ledge. Other times, they have lost my service bc they were too slow, and in needing something quick, I was forced to leave. I hope they improve this soon. read more

Edit: I think it's been 2 months since my review and the mcdonald's just keeps going downhill. Today they decided to simply just not take any orders from the drive thru. We just sat and waited, finally got annoyed and left. Last time I went they didn't put the nuggets in the happy meal. Seriously... It's a happy meal. It has max 3 things in it before you even close the box up. Unfortunately for me, I didn't check before I left so I got to bring a food less happy meal home to my hungry kid. Thanks Mcdonalds! Food has been cold, people aren't friendly. Man I must have gotten lucky the first few times! So sorry to anyone who read my original review and gave them a shot. Original review: I don't typically review fast food restaurants but wanted to write a little something because this is the first McDonald's I've been to where the staff is actually nice. They've been polite every time I've gone, and surprisingly my order has always been correct (not something I'm used to). Like everything though, there are some improvements that can be made. Every time I've gotten fries they've either been cold or overcooked. If I'm really lucky, they're both haha Also I went yesterday and ordered happy meals and the girl at the window tried to hand me 4 totally open happy meals. I took the first one from her and closed it while she held the second out the window for me. I told her "hang on, I need to close these." She said, "oh my bad I can do that." so she closed the rest... Probably a good idea to assume the custom wants closed boxes. read more
