The food was good -but there is no self-serve pop and after ignoring me for a bit, the employees told me I couldn't get a refill. This seems like a very low-cost item that would result in patrons choosing to eat at other locations. I'm not sure if employees just didn't want to do refills or if this location is stingy. Every employee was rude and unprofessional, and slammed the window on me at the drive through when I corrected their mistake. Then as I left, the supervisor was on the phone outside the building, complaining to someone about the rude customer! Also, The food was cold and this was at 5 pm! f I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I went through the drive-thru and thought things were off to a good start since they took our two orders quickly, but it went downhill from there. They got both orders wrong--not once, but TWICE, and the staff acted like we were an inconvenience when we tried to get it fixed. Had a coupon for a $1 Big Mac, so I got that and their Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I was disappointed they didn't have grilled on the menu anymore. The employees were very quick and nice! And it did look nice inside Their Big Mac sauce isn't as good as I remember (last had one 15+ years ago) and there's too much bread. Crispy Chicken Sandwich desperately needs a basic sauce of some sort. Was crispy, but so dry without a sauce. Overall? First off my mother works there 15 hours a day I could barely see her. I want to spend all the time with her before we are all gone. So I just want to give my mom a raise for a hard working mom that stays there serving 100+ customers a day serving and registering for others from her heart because she cares alot even if she doesn't know them. Although the food is amazingly good as always but nothing seems to be going bad. The service is good to by saying nice words like thank you, please etc and ask others if they need anything else with a joyful smile on there face. I created a mobile order for an egg McMuffin and cappuccino. As I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru there was no answer until I called hello for the third time. The menus changed in the drive thru bill boards. My order was submitted without the egg McMuffin. I proceeded to the pay window where I got a receipt and no McMuffin. Oh well. I proceeded to the food window and was promptly asked to pull ahead. I told the girl there was no one behind me why? She insisted I pull forward. I did. 15 minutes later I put the vehicle in park and went in with my receipt and asked where is my cappuccino? A lot of scurrying around and mumbling between the workers and I waited another 3 minutes to get the drink. I believe the manager brought it to me with some coupons. I told her that I was not interested in free food and they need to get their store in Oder because it is terrible at customer service. This is not the first time I dealt with slow service with an appearance that the employees just don't care. There was a middle aged guy there in street clothes making him some cold coffee drink and he walked out without asking if he could help. I believe he is upper manager or store owner. Just went through the drive through at 9:30 pm with a late night craving as one gets. We thought the drive through was being super slow, but turns out everyone in the drive through line was being held up by the young girl working at the window. Worse McDonald's I've ever gone too. I love McDonald's Big Breakfast but their price is a dollar more than others but their eggs were so overcooked they wouldn't cut with a knife and were very cold. The biscuit was like a hockey puck. They forgot plasticware and napkins! Tried against with a pickup order. Fries and a Diet Coke. This is was not inspired by a true story... this IS a true story. It's worth the read! 9/9/22 around 9pm there was apparently 3 workers at this McDonald's. Two of them were fine, but there was a young woman who looks like a 16yo who talked to a a group of guys two cars ahead of us . After about fifteen minutes one of the guys hopped out of the passenger seat, ran around the car, and made out passionately with the girl. He started to go back to his side of the car then came back for a second round. I don't think they knew each other because it looked like they had exchanged numbers and talked about getting to know each other. Then the car drove off and here I was thinking they were waiting for their food... must've missed that they got it within the first minute. The manager who appeared to just come from helping out in the kitchen (I bet the car would've stayed longer if it wasn't for the manager coming over) was too politely chastising her... she had a LONG line of vehicles that she made wait for nearly 20 minutes while she made out with a guy NOT in his car, which I am pretty sure McDonalds has a policy about not "serving" customers on foot from that window (don't remember seeing a make out session on the menu). When we got our food it was cold. Respect for the manager that didn't loose it with that unprofessional brat. #lame read more
