McDonald's operates over 40,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries worldwide. That's a lot of golden arches! Intriguing enough, there are some non-golden arches too: - Sedona, Arizona: Features teal/turquoise arches instead of gold due to local city ordinances matching the surrounding red rocks. - Monterey, California: Features black arches. - Rocklin, California: Features red arches. - Freeport, Maine: Located in an 18th-century colonial mansion with no traditional exterior sign arches at all. - Paris, France & Belgium: Feature alternative white arches on specific building facades. Now back to this McDonald's. So... The Double Cheeseburger is proof that sometimes you don't need innovation. You need two beef patties, two slices of cheese, pickles, onions, and absolutely no one judging you for purchasing it just so you can stretch your legs and use their restrooms going to-and-from Las Vegas. Greasy? Yeah. Salty? You know it! Did I enjoy my McNasty Double Cheeseburger? Mind ya business. This is Wickenburg. This is McDonald's. What more do you want from me? read more

Overall decent for a McDonalds. Food was hot, bathrooms clean, floors and tables mostly clean, and service was good enough. We ordered a daily double meal, 2 McDoubles, 2 large fries, and an iced coffee. Order was done correct the first time. Daily double: (5/5) Patties were cooked through, extra instructions were followed, and the burger was not completely mangled. And an appropriate amount of sauce was added. Of course it didn't taste the best, but it's fast food. McDouble: (4/5) Same as the daily double, but condiments were applied unevenly. Large fries: (4/5) Fries properly seasoned, hot, and crispy. Service: (4/5) Food was brought quickly. Ambiance: (3/5) It's a McDonalds, but the restrooms are mostly clean and the floors are not trashed. Overall a nice experience compared to other disastrous visits with other McDonald's. read more

Went to the drive thru and ordered our food. We paid pulled up to the window and was kindly told to pull to spot 1. No big deal. A few cars also pull into spots. Several min go by and the cars behind us start getting their order ok might be smaller..after about 15min still no food so I go in..the lady at the counter was so rude...I asked and she goes oh is it this happy meal..yes...she said oh yah I guess we could have brought that out...I asked why multiple cars behind us got their food and she responded with it's the kitchen..mind you we had a kids meal a #2 plain and McDouble so not huge...the only thing right was the kids meal....lesson learned... read more

Went to curbside on my lunch break and it took 20 minutes for someone to give me my food and they forgot a french fry's.

Service was friendly, great and fast! Fries were hot which is always a plus! The store was busy but everything was efficient and orderly. Kudos to the management and the employees of this store! read more

Garbage overflowed in ALL trash cans, including outside. Customers had to start leaving their trash on the tables. No table was wiped down, trash and food on the seats and floors. Ice cream was "out of stock" but after asking about it they had to just add the back on the kiosks. Employees with hickies on their necks, baggy jeans, no hair nets or gloves. I was concerned if I should even eat the food from this location. read more

if I could give zero stars I would....Worst service ever!! I stood in line for 10 min with no help got on my car went through drive thru waited 10 min again and when we finally got an answer the drive thru employee was rude great way to start a day thank you McDonalds! read more

Oof, they're having a rough time. Totally reliant on the self serve kiosks, one runs into an issue when the credit card machines fail. Line backs up at the register and the counter person comes in from the back and says, "what the f*ck is going on?" Once we got beyond that frivolity we made our way through the crowded and receipts all over the floor to retrieve our food. It was wrong (but thanks for all the extra food) but we just wanted to leave the chaos. read more

McDonald's - Lots of receipts - Fast Food Near Me - Wickenburg, Arizona

Don't bother even trying to get an ice cream here. It is without a doubt always "being cleaned" or down for service. Like clockwork. Every single time. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

Have employees to work when open, waiting over 30 for a breakfast meal when passing through town. Poor customer service all around.

The manager at this location (tall dude with like pink hair) honestly was awful. They close their location early , which is absolutely unacceptable. However, the employee named Jared was awesome & helpful. & he is the SOLE reason I'm writing a 5-star review. Jared understands the importance of customer service. read more

1 star because this location is price gouging the clients. The costs at this location are radically higher than a normal McD. Plan better and avoid this location. read more

I just wanted to commend Dominic and Katie of this branch who took the time to take care of us, and went above and beyond the call of duty for the sake of the customer. There should be more employees like them, who are always willing to help and always put a smile in the lives of the customers who are always loyal to McDonald's. I wish all of the employees were like them. read more

Their nuggets were raw inside. Will not be returning to this location. That is just disgusting.

Bathroom was dirty with one operational stall. Toilet paper all over the floor and entry way. French fries were cold. New Chicken Strips were overcooked and dry. Prices have been raised quite a bit in last couple of months. Our usual order was 25% more this time. This is our usual stop on monthly trip to Prescott. Staff was very surly and looked tired And unhappy. read more

Easy to get into from the Main Street with the protected turn lanes. The restaurant was clean and o my half full. The restrooms were clean and our order came very quickly after ordering. The one thing I hate about McDonalds is their app. Not very user friendly and the points expire, so they want your repeat business all the time. And when you try to add a deal to your order, it doesn't always work. read more

Worst service I've ever had. Half of my order was missing and one of our burgers was missing. My husband asked for replacement and the missing items. One of the burgers was still wrong. I then asked for the replacement, to which I was greeted with attitude. The girl in the front and the line cook argued very loudly that my husband ordered it wrong. I told her I have the receipt, it was ordered correctly to begin with, it wasn't our fault we needed it fixed. She had such an ugly attitude and very rudely shoved the burger in my hand. I've never been treated so badly. I went to eat my food and saw they put the smallest piece of chicken in my wrap. I was so upset I didn't even want to eat anymore. I threw it all away. I'm so disappointed in our treatment. Not to mention I spent $40, and was charged extra for lemonade, even though that was the only option for a drink because they were out of everything else. read more

The food is bad enough, but the prices here are almost twice of those in any McDonald's in Surprise (or anywhere outside of Wickenburg). The quality of the food is shockingly bad. I had a Chicken McNuggets -- and whatever it is, it isn't chicken. read more

I got a big order about $47 to be exact, used the app to get 20% off & I gave it to the drive through guy. I showed him the code and he goes your total $47 I told him did you enter in the code that doesn't sound right he goes Yeahh you got the free coffee I was like huh?? I didn't want that I'm using my 20% off for my order and reshowed him where it says the description & goes we can't add another code I'm like sirrrrrrr what you mean this is the only code we added? He got pissed and walked away and had someone else tell us the same thing I showed the dude the same thing. He gets his manager to give us the code. They all were so rude about it. I get it fast food is not the greatest place to work but give attitude for you mistake isn't right. read more

The food is good at this location is the usual for McDonalds. The service is pretty good and the employees are nice. The views from this McD's are nicer than usual as Wickenburg has gorgeous Arizona nature to look at. Super nice place for a pit stop on your way to Vegas from Phoenix. read more

Erm what the sigma it's bad really the food took 30 minutes when one person was there besides me and only 2 people in the drive through

They tried to charge us $12.15 for two ice cream cones it wasn't until we corrected the young man that he changed it. Then we were treated extremely rude by the person at the second window horrible communication and sarcasm. I addition the second person introduced himself as the manger by saying " your looking at him" we asked to speak on the manager. I feel disrespected and age profiled with very abuse toward and elderly female. This person while I didn't see a name tag or get a name had curly red dyed hair. I ask why hire a person who is clearly not qualified to deal maturely as a customer service oriented individual. Also he was scratching his head under his cap while handing food. Iam only giving a one star rating because I have to give a one star at least. read more

My quarter pounder looked like it had been shaken around in the box, more ketchup and mustard on top of the bun than inside. The young lady that handed me my food never smiled, never said a word, just handed me my food and closed the window. read more

No stars if possible! The General Manager is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional! This location served me 2 RAW quarter pounder patties on Friday evening. We were on the road and grabbed a couple QP meals and kept moving. It wasn't until about 10 to 15 miles down the road when a bite or two into the burger we both realized it was browned on the outside but RAW inside. It was not worth eating or turning around and backtracking for. I called the store location and let it ring enough to realize my call wouldn't be answered. I then pulled out my phone and took a couple pictures of each burger and the 2 together showing that there is no way the core temp reached anywhere near standard health practices. Today is Wednesday morning. After a long weekend trip we are headed back and passing the same location. I stopped to speak to the manager and bring it to her attention thinking she MIGHT like to know what her restaurant provided to it's customers... instead she denied they came from her location without proof. I never asked for a refund. I did expect her to correct the order though. Absolutely not. I was humiliated and told to leave when I couldn't provide a receipt from 5 days ago! I will be providing health dept. With pics. read more

I ate the nuggets and they went in my belly. My dog ate the ice creams and it is in her belly.

Today went to get lunch. Man in truck ahead ordered. Then they began to take orders from second lane and never got back to the first. People behind me were backing up and going to second lane or leaving. After 10 minutes I backed out and left. The time before we went to drive through in the evening. Received our meal we thought. Got home and my husband and I had no fries in the bag. This place is way to pricey to have them left out. After today we will not return. This is the second slowest McDonalds in the US. read more

Twice I was passing by to Vegas. Ordered Chicken nuggets and fries. They told me to wait on 1 while waiting for French fries. I left about 4 minutes and realized that they short one of the fries. I called and the manager said if I turned around and they would give me another fries. I told them that I'm on my way to Vegas. She said she would send me the gift card. Never received it. BS. read more

I try not to go to McDonald's, but my daughter's friends wanted to stop there on our way home from Parker. I know, it's McDonald's...They are likely to mess up the order, so we checked before leaving the drive through window. About half our order was missing, I let the staff know what was missing. It was all on our receipt. The staff was friendly and willing to get our missing items. I still got the wrong sandwich, but it wasn't worth going inside. The food was hot and the girls liked the "chicken" nuggets. read more

I'm currently traveling with my family and we stop by this mcdonald's to grab some food. I had ordered some chicken nuggets and there was a very weird sand-like texture while eating one and turns out it was sand or something else. It looked like salt or sugar on the nuggets but it tasted like sand. I don't know if they had a bad batch or something got into it, but when we called they did not seem to care and just said "okay thank you" and hung up. please check your food before eating/getting take out here because they obviously do not care about what they are handing out to you. Its like they dropped my nuggets on the floor and just handed it to me. Very disappointed. read more

Right now...Waiting in line 20 min since ordered for a soda, apple pie and fries. A red pickup in front of us with 3 laughing teens taking up all the time changing their order again and again at the pickup window, yet watch, they'll park me for fries!! WTH!!! Edit: Ok just got to pickup window finally, ask for fresh fries as original bagged fries 20 min old (or more) and the kid says I'll get my manager. No apology for the wait. Manager comes up and yes!!! She says it! If you want fresh fries we'll need to park you! (Again no sorry so long a wait) What about the pickup who was joking with your worker for over 20 min? How come they weren't parked? She says I didn't see that. So my husband says , (going on 30 min now,) we don't want to be parked, will wait for fries. Course now she's worried about "timer" but didn't care before. We ask to speak to her manager, says there isn't one, cuz she's the GM! Like what?!?!? So she says park or no fries, so we ask for our money back. Which takes longer than fries would of course. With sassy attitude I get, "have a nice day" from her so I say an expletive and she says, oh grow up. (I'm 69 and def not used to this treatment and eat fast food way too often!) So that's my McDs story for today! Moral?...Any employee can get a raise to GM at McDs. read more
