I was doordashing and i pull up to the thing tell this Kaitlyn girl who is working the window I have a DoorDash she says pull up to the second window got there she said go to the third window and I'll bring it out I sat there 20 minutes while she took other peoples orders and handing them food then I had to get out and tell her to do her job it don't take 20 minutes for a basket of fries and 3 mc'chickens I heard from other workers that she barely does anything and waits for everyone else to do everything so sounds to me she shouldn't be working there and I hope you know you had a paramedic waiting for his food when he ordered it a half hour ago great customer service read more

Very slow with making orders always messing up on them very very rude employees never can keep an employee bc they fire them for literally no reason and discriminate people really bad their food taste like it was cooked on the floor and on top of that they never and I mean never clean their fryers out and use new grease that grease has to be at least 2 years old. read more

If I could give it something lower than 1 star, that's what they deserve. Apparently either the people they hire don't bother to read the orders that come in or they CAN'T read the orders. It doesn't matter if we are at McDonalds and order in person or we order through door dash, THEY SCREW UP OUR ORDER! We just ordered breakfast through door dash. My husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. What we received were 2 sausage biscuits! I called the McDonalds to complain, once again, they put the blame on Door Dash, taking NO responsibility for their screw up! Door Dash has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the order itself! Yet McDonalds always throws the blame on door dash! Whoever owns the Weirton McDonalds needs to fire EVERYONE from the manager on down and hire people who can ACTUALLY READ and make the orders as ordered. If they're not willing to do that, the people who work at the Weirton McDonalds need paid accordingly as to how they do their job, so I'd say about 3.50 per hour would be a great place to start! They shouldn't get paid a penny more until they prove that they can actually read the orders do their job properly AND consistently!!! The problem with people today is that they don't give a shit about their job performance, all they want is their paycheck and they have the NERVE to think they deserve 15.00 an hour! Went there for breakfast with the family before church. We ordered via kiosk, of course it wouldn't print out a receipt. While we were waiting the staff members were carrying on which was fine but a constant goat noise was being yelled out by an employee with continuous swearing. Upon receipt of our food and beverage cups, I went to fill at the coke dispenser. One of the machines was out of service with the other not put together with fountain parts sitting in a container of bleach water. Upon getting attention of staff members, they were annoyed and refused to help out, said the person was supposed to have it done, he was outside smoking cigarettes on his phone, did not wash his hands when he came to finish put fountain back together nor did he rinse the bleach water off the nipples. We also watched 3 employees walk outside and smoke cigarettes walk back inside and start working and touching food without washing their hands or dawning gloves. This place has poor work ethics, refuse to help any customers and needs to be addressed with cooperate and the health department asap. Will never comeback here again... read more

Eating in the dining room for the first time. Tables are filthy. Counter where soda is filthy. Personally not a fan of the food but my daughter likes it of course. Drive thru always and I mean always messes up her order so I thought maybe going in and the order wouldn't be rushed. Guess we can't win either way. This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at in my lifetime! Where do I begin...with only 2 cars in front of me (one directly in front and the other at the other speaker), I pull up at 9:30pm. It's a Saturday night. They have the double drive thru's, but only utilize one at a time, which defeats the purpose of having two. So initially I'm sitting behind this ONE car. I see that they have not taken his order yet as they are taking the alternate speakers order. Finally after about 10 minutes, he finally gets his order in and pulls up to the first window. I pull up next, but someone has already pulled up to the alternate speaker and they have now started taking their order, which was 3 Frappes...I know because strangely, their order showed up on my screen. So literally after sitting in front of the speaker for an additional 5 minutes (there were times that they breaked between taking orders at which point no speaker was being utilized and at that point I assume that they're taking money at the window and downright ignoring the speakers) I finally get to order! Alas! By this point, I've been in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes! 20 minutes!! If you are keeping track, they took Drive thru 2's order then Drive thru 1 then Drive thru 2 and then finally me. That officially puts 3 orders ahead. Still shouldn't have taken 20 minutes! To greet me, she doesn't welcome me but simply states, "Can I take your order?" I order a plain hamburger then a ranch crispy chicken snack wrap and the double cheeseburger from the Pick two for $3. Easy enough you would think. The attendant repeats back to me, "That was two Ranch Crispy Chicken wraps and a plain double cheeseburger". Umm no. I repeat my order, not sure if she got it right because oddly, mine was not showing up on my screen. So finally we get to move forward to the window. At any other McDonald's, I'd be gone and have ate and down the road. I now wait a couple of minutes at Window 1 for the girl to take my money. In the meantime, she is taking other orders, while I continue to wait. I pay and she doesnt say thank you, but instead just hands me my receipt. I move up to the second window. I wait some more. And I wait even more. I know that they keep burger patties precooked in a heated drawer! I finally got my food. To my surprise the order was correct! I was anticipating a disaster. I pull away slowly. All in all, I spent more than 30 minutes in that drive thru!!! It was so long that my 60 year old mother called to make sure that I didn't get into an accident (the hamburger was for her). I've eaten at McDonalds in all 41 of my years in 23 states, multiple times and I've never been to a slower McDonald's. Thank God I live in Virginia and I don't have to deal regularly with this McDonald's. Take the time to drive to a different one, you'd still manage to get your food faster. read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Such poor management! Always out of something. I have been there twice just for coffee and they were out of cups! They manage the even mess up the coffee order! Good thing these people aren't in charge of important things! I don't expect rocket scientists working there for minimum wage, but come on! If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Went inside because I didn't feel like waiting 15-20 mins just to get the wrong order. The self-serve kiosks were down so I went to the counter to place my order. After 10 minutes, someone finally took my order. I had to repeat my order 3 times because the person was more interested in her phone than taking my order. When I received my order, I went to look to make sure it was right (because it almost NEVER is) and was told "Ok you have your food now go. Don't worry everything is there. Go through the drive-thru next time because the lobby is for senior citizens only in the morning". When I got home I realized I had NOTHING I had ordered/paid for. What I did receive was cold and hard as a rock. Should have just cooked for myself. Not even worth going back to get it fixed because it's just too much of a hassle. read more

It may not always have the fastest drive thru but the people working in the drive thru windows are generally friendly. I go there a lot and the food is usually good. I do not like when I've been at the speaker ready to order and someone pulls up in the other lane and they take their order first. That needs to be fixed by the management. I don't care about waiting but don't take another order before mine when I was there first. read more

The tables and floors are almost always clean and the people behind the counter are fairly nice. The coffee is usually fesh and hot. Their lattes are not hot, not nearly as hot as the coffee. If you like your latte hot, you will not like their lattes. I don't. read more
