The food was hot, when you ask for extra? You GET EXTRA!! The attendant at the window was very kind and understanding: and the food was very good; well made: and very much worth the money. Stop in if you're headed Lansing way! Even if the line is long: you won't regret waiting for some of the best McDonald's you've had! read more

racist and so is every other little spot on that exit.. I ordered online and had to practically beg for a sauce . lol smh I can't believe this stuff actually happens and in Michigan . it does look like a little miserable place to live and work not going to lie . read more

Okay so first of all, food was 100% fresh, so that was a plus, visiting around 8:30pm on a Monday. Secondly, Bernadette and Josh have some of the most kind and caring hearts you could ask for out of the service industry. We had a small issue with our order, and they not only did their job, but went above and beyond to make it right!! This environment and atmosphere is something special, and I hope these employees get treated very well for all their hard work!! read more

Will at the cash register was very polite and even pointed out to me if I fill out a survey in the receipt I'll get a buy one get one free on any burger next time I'm in. Will definitely be returning. read more

If I could describe this Mcdonald's with one word it would be gas. I had stopped here on the way to Detroit to go meet up w my baby momma and this place did not disappoint. I ordered 5 big macs and 8 large fries, this usually wouldn't fill my stomach so after I was done I went back through to get some more snacks (40 piece nugget, 3 crispy chicken sandwiches, 2 Chocolate shakes, and 4 bacon McDoubles). This may not seem like enough food, but it was only me eating. Also, on top of the great food they had some eye candy working the register now usually on a Saturday afternoon I wouldn't be entertained by a Mcdonald's worker, but she was definitely into me so I asked for her number the second time through the drive through and I was sadly denied and laughed at. This may be my last time coming to Mcdonald's considering I am 647 pounds and have type 2 diabetes and some severe heart problems, but nothing will keep me away from that juicy big mac and how it feels in my mouth. read more

This location isn't trucker friendly. They only offer drive thru service despite being located next door to a truck stop.

Saturday July 14 2018 about 11:30 am. Stopped in on our way up north. Only ordered drinks; an iced tea and a coffee. They gave me the cup for the ice tea-no issue. ...but then I waited 10 minutes (!!!!) for a cup of coffee. NO FOOD-JUST COFFEE!. ...now in fairness they were very busy... and when I finally yipped at a manager he gave me my money back for having to wait. But seriously, doesn't anyone ever look at the queue screen and say, "Oh this guy just wants a coffee....maybe I can get that for him rather than have him wait behind 12 customers in line with food orders." Is this a new corporate policy or something? The Fowlerville McDs did exactly the same thing on our return trip Sunday night. read more

No prices listed on the drive through menu board. Ordered a Quarter Pounder "value" meal. Total was over $9.00! Are you kidding me? I drove away. I've paid less in an airport. read more

Only thing good about this place is the bathroom! My wife had to go so I stopped to and figured I would get a ice coffee plain. Fifteen minutes later inside no coffee so my wife asked how much longer and the girl behind the counter went to ask her manager if she could poor my coffee. She said no get behind cash register. She said sorry you just need to wait. I said it's a plain coffee with ice.... seriously! If you want a bad start to your day go to this place, they got you! When is Yelp going to get a zero star rating???! read more

I thought I was short some lettuce on my classic chicken sandwich. I looked it up and no, it no longer comes with lettuce. So.... just ok. Nothing special with that sandwich or this place. Line was long at the drive through. Got it ok. No Receipt given with the drive through orders. I would change that. I did receive the right items, so that was good. read more

Easily one of the worst McDonald's out there. Your order is rarely ever correct. Large fry containers are half full at best, making it like a medium. I often order a large combo meal and only get a large drink but a medium fry. It usually happens when someone goes and picks it up for me, so the food is already at my house before we notice. It's completely normal and expected to get 8, maybe 9, nuggets in a 10-piece order. And good luck getting the sauce you asked for either. It's just plain bad. Plan on pulling over for the drive-thru no matter what you order. This place is an abomination of terrible service and bad employees who could care less about their jobs. I only eat here if someone else is buying and flying. read more

5 stars based on the Mcdonalds norm. We stopped by here on the way to Lansing, easy off & easy on the expressway. We were greeted by a very nice cashier who was very accommodating, knew what she was doing. Even though they were busy she still managed to make us feel welcomed. The store was clean, the trash cans were emptied the bathroom was clean and even smelled nice. As we were filling our drinks she brought us our tray of food and even added a toy for my son. Even the other customers were nice and polite to the staff and each other. This is not the usual experience I've had at Mickey D's, the owner should be very proud of his staff and his restaurant. read more

Always, always have to wait for food. Always told to park and wait for drive through orders. Always forget something in the order. I wish corporate would look into how bad this place is run. read more

Went in late after a football game, only had 3-4 workers but you could tell they were working hard. Waited 10 minutes in line and then 5 or 10 for my food, and as soon as I got it they gave me a full refund for waiting. Really appreciated it and the food was good. read more
