Seating area was pretty unkept, but food was fine! We came here between basketball games when in town for a tournament. Service was fine but the dining room needed some major attention. Parking lot and restrooms are shared with the gas station, so they're a busy place. read more

I've been to this restaurant at each time frame of any given day. Each time you will receive the wrong order approximately 3/5 times. They may give you a free meal the next time you visit. Coming or going, a fast food restaurant is required to do one thing, and one thing will, serve the pre-made food quickly and efficiently. Not a lot of rocket science to this. At this restaurant you've got to a slim chance of getting your order, correctly, and after a while, the makeup meals just aren't worth it. read more

the manager there isn't very kind, doesn't seem to know what he's doing half the time and always messes up my order. it's semi clean, more clean than most mcdonald's. bit into a chicken strip and it had a horrible texture, but other than that the food is decent. read more

Where do I start. The drive thru person was rude. I was there early afternoon to buy an ice tea and a chicken sandwich. It took a while to place my order. The parking lot seemed to be empty so it wasn't busy. I was the only person in drive thru. After she took my order she made a rude comment about me being gross and something else. I was shocked. It took a while to get my order. A different person delivered my drink and sandwich. The sandwich was barely warm. I will not return to this restaurant. It has poor quality food and poor service. Best McDonalds nuggets and fries I've ever had, despite the workers having to deal with the repeated noise of the faulty machines nearby

For one thing their website says their open at 5:30 am. One day I was there at 5:40am, they was open but very very slow. The next day I stopped there at 5:50 am lights all on, drive thru lights on. After five minutes they finally came on saying they was closed. I don't know how these guys are still in business. read more

Went in for lunch around noon on a friday, the lobby was an unorginized mess. Could not tell who was in line or waiting for their orders. Rude woman at the counter. Their menu board had a special and she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and said it was on special. When I questioned her, she got upset and told the manager to take over. The manager was great and politely explain the menu board was in error. Also it was 3 hours before closing and they were mopping the floor which made it slippery. The person at the counter makes me not want to go back to McDonald's. I walked in with my friend ordered 2 large drinks our twenty piece nuggets and our fries. Went to the counter paid IN CASH. When we paid she took the money and then threw away the receipt. I asked her about our large drinks and she said we never ordered them when we clearly did she look at the screen and so did I over the counter and she said we never did when it said on the screen we obviously did. So I had to pay for a new 2 large drinks. I got mad so I walked back in and told her and then asked for my receipt. She couldn't find it so the manager came and took one look and said see here it says she did order the drinks. The lady told her manager I didn't specify when I clearly told her to relook for the two large drinks. I got my refund and when she apologized I said it wasn't her fault cause I didn't wanna be mean. I wish there was an option to give this review negative stars. I placed an order via the McDonald's app at your store in Waverly, NE tonight for the very first time. I was excited about using the app and the $3 discount that came with it. When I arrived to pickup my order, the assistant manager was extremely rude, and after complaining about how much she hates the online ordering system, she charged my debit card more than the total I had already paid on the app using ApplePay. She refused to give me any of the food I had ordered, and was uninterested in my concern that I had been charged twice. I told her that complaining about the online ordering system in front of a customer, who had just used it for the first time, and who will NEVER be using it again, was not representing the company well. She told me she doesn't care because "it sucks so whatever." She also told me to "mention her name" (Tawny) when I complained to the general manager, Kelly. I have never experienced such awful customer service in my entire life. I can tell you with a 100% guarantee that I will NEVER return to that store or any other McDonald's as far as I can help it. I'm very disappointed to see such a successful company operating with such poor management. I understand that this happens pretty often, and that people tend to complain just to complain (AKA=get free meals), but I promise that is not my intent. My intent is to bring this to your attention so that you will do better. Her actions don't only reflect poorly on that store - they reflect poorly on your company. I hope that something can be done about her behavior so that other customers do not have to experience the same type of "customer service" I received. read more

My five year old has a higher IQ than anyone employed here. Worst customer service possible. When they screw your order up, and they will 99.8% of the time, the only thing you will get is a lack luster attempt to get your order correct(ish) and then the most unapologetic "sorry" they can muster. Short of making them physically show you that they are putting your order in the bag, you wont get what you paid for. And even then the food is mediocre at best compared to other restaurants in the chain. i actively give zero stars, despite being required to give them one) and will refuse to give my business to this establishment again. read more
