I stopped at this McDonald's at around 2-pm today. The food wasn't that fresh, but at least it was hot. It tasted pretty good except for the lettuce in my McChicken... The lettuce had seen better days... It was brown and at least 8 days old so I picked it off and gave it to the dogs. But overall the food was okay. It was what you'd expect from a McDonald's. The cashier however was very stern, and didn't smile or say a word after she gave me the change (which was wrong). After being disappointed by how much she hated me I examined the receipt. The total was 2.51 and I gave her 2.75. On the receipt it said "Cash Tendered 2.51" and "Change 0.00" And she gave me 15 cents back... -_-; She was too busy hating me that she didn't even enter it correctly and then just guessed how much change to give back. (The correct change would have been 24 cents, not 15 cents.) She owes me 9 cents and a better attitude. The only thing that saved the whole experience was the woman who handed me my bag of food. She was very professional, friendly, and had kindness in her eyes. Go to this McDonald's if you're willing to settle for an average, bitter-sweet experience. "Three bags of popcorn" [+_=; (Speaking very fast and fidgety) "You can't put a limit on my cafe lattes, it says so right here. And I don't want to get dirty looks when I come in here. If I want a cafe latte, you give me a cafe latte. And if I have any problems I'm gonna get my lawyer Jackie Chiles down here and your gonna be in really big trouble." - Kramer [Seinfeld] read more

Oh my stars. I went through the drive through at 10pm on a Friday night. I wanted a cheese burger and ice cream. The food was ok. Burger was tasty and the ice cream sundae was average. The fudge was hard. Probably wont do that again. There were 5 cars in front of me. It took almost 30 minutes to pay for our food, get the food and leave. It seemed like there were 2 people on staff, a cook and a cashier. I'm stunned at how far the level of service has fallen with McD. It is so disappointing. read more

Food was horrible, service even worse than the food. And they charge 30 cents for an extra nugget sauce, EXTRA 30 CENTS.

I haven't been inside a Mcdonalds in YEARS. But was forced to go in because after waiting for 10 mins in the drive through, then having the line of cars completely stop for whatever reason, I was sick of waiting. Parked & went in. Sadly McDonald's hides where customers can make a formal complaint. Customers waiting with receipts in hand for their food. None looked too happy. Guy behind counter was obviously having a bad day. Very short handed. When he started taking the order of a father with a pack of little kids that came in after me, I let out a huge sigh, to which he said snarkily, "is there something I can help you with ma'am?" I explained the situation, but instead he had the temerity to tell me that I was standing in the wrong place for orders, when he obviously saw me WELL before Daddio & crew. He disappeared behind the wall and i then heard someone loudly blow their nose. Didn't see if they had washed hands before returning to the front, but I'd had enough. Drove across the street to a COMPETITOR, where they gave me a lovely dinner i had at home. So McDonald's on 18 in Waukesha WI, you need to STEP UP YOUR GAME. That's one of the busiest locations in town, I'm sure the place is usually hopping, but today for me, everything about it was awful. So thanks Oscar's! read more

Food prep is blocked from view. Food workers don't wear gloves. I alerted the manager and made them redo the whole order then I threw it away because the food prep was hidden from view so for all I know her licked his hands before prepping the food. Lousy service and don't trust the food. read more

The order services are completely messed up. We have been coming to this joint since last two years and it was perfect at that time. But now we have been receiving incorrect items in our order for the last 3 times. Initially we thought it was a mistake and brushed it off. But now it seems to be a intentional mistake. Might not be recommending this joint to any one or coming back again. Worst experience ever. read more

food is good. but let me tell you the drive through lady working on friday feb 7 at around 1pm was so awful. sounded like she was ready to blow her brains out. why do people work in customer service/food service if they aren't providing a good service??? just overall negative interaction. very snappy. not a fan won't come back. read more

Just ordered lunch at the drive through at this location! Large Diet Coke has nearly NO ice and isn't even full! The picture shows my Big Mac when I opened the box! Really??? Outside the box is pic 2. This is ridiculous!! PS: My friend also ordered the Big Mac meal.... her sandwich was just like mine! Wow. read more

How hard is it to make a cheeseburger? My cheeseburger was missing all condiments and looked like some teenage angst crumpled and squished it prior to the woman at the counter rolling her eyes at me and handing it over. She was a real gem - super great at telling you what they don't have. Also, great at making you feel every ounce of inconvenience to walk two extra steps to provide you with ketchup. read more

This is the worst McDonald's of anywhere ever!! 1980s decor and filthy!! The service would have to improve to be slow. 7:00 in the morning and no Canadian bacon for the Egg McMuffin STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! read more

To start... we pulled up at 11:15 and left nobody said anything for a good 13 minutes. Then we ordered 10 chicken nuggets, Medium fry and drink, and a plain cheeseburger. We left at 11:52 with only one person in front of us. To top it off, the nuggets were the worst nuggets I have had in my life. Ungodly stale, didn't even eat them. read more

I've only ever gone through the drive-through at this McDonalds, but the staff is very friendly and the service quick. I've never had to wait for my food, even if I've waited in a long line. They also have given me coupons, which I like! Advice: don't go to this McDonalds between 4 and 5:30 p.m. if you're expecting to get in and get out. The commuter traffic is insane in this area, and you'll be waiting for a very long time to place your order. read more

I went here and I only order 2 cheeseburgers with extra cheese and no pickles. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and got two cheeseburgers with pickles, no onions, no mustard, no ketchup, and no extra cheese. Thought it was a simple order but I guess not. read more

The food here is like any McDonald's. Probably looks better inside too except for tables never being clean or soda machines taking hours to refill. There's a lot of people in the kitchen and they seem to like standing around, I guess thats because no one comes here. So yes good food like any other McDonald's but there never busy and food takes hours. If you have a choice, this is not the location to come to read more

This McDonald's is ridiculous. 2 people ahead of me in drive thru, waited atleast 15 minutes before I even got to the window. I ordered 3 mchickens and 2 mcdoubles and 5 med fries, and I understand that fries could take a few min but was asked to pull forward to wait a whole nother 15 min for my order... The person who gave me my food was snotty and guess what THE FRIES WEREN'T EVEN FRESH. RIDICULOUS read more

I only went through the drive-thru so I can't speak about what the inside looks like but the drive-thru service was quick. There was no unnecessary waiting because of employees slacking. The food was hot and made correctly - my husband ordered 2 burgers with extra pickles and I ordered the same burger but without onions and they were all made correctly the FIRST time! That is usually unheard of when we go to McDonalds. read more

There must be something I don't understand about the terribly hard task of working at McDonald's. I never thought it would be hard to make a cheese burger until I tasted one from this location. Seriously, squidward could make a better crabby patty then these people make a simple cheese burger. This McDonald's puts the Krusty in krusty crab. I'd rather spend my money at the chum bucket if ya know what I'm saying. On top of that the coke taste like pool water after you let you neighbors swim in it and the fries were crispier then Colonel Sanders on a Tuesday afternoon. Last time I every waste my money at this McD*cks read more

This was probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I came here just to grab something quick for my lunch break, so I ordered my food and was waiting to get my change back, they ran out of $1 bills so I waited there for 5 minutes just to get my $4 back. It was very irritating. I even got my food before I got my change back. With that being said, I got my food and asked for some ranch real quick to the lady standing right in front of me. She gave me the nastiest glare and continued on with her conversation. I stood there waiting just for one flippin ranch cup as she continued to talk. Eventually I got the ranch cup and she threw it in my bag without even looking at me or the bag. I was completely surprised to see people with terrible work ethics and being more interested in their personal conversations rather than helping a customer like myself. Very very very disappointed. read more

We always use the restroom first before we order. The restroom appeared clean, but it stunk so bad and the bowls of the toilets had a scummy yellow ring, as in not cleaned for a few days. We were not hungry enough to overcome the disgusting restroom experience to be able to order food there. If the rating system had a half star, that's what I would've given them. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The staff are completely incompetent and the woman they have taking orders should never be allowed to speak to people. Ordering takes over 10 minutes and you NEVER get the correct order. This location should be shut down! read more

I wish I could rate zero stars. We showed up at 11:30 PM and the worker said "we close in 30 minutes" we go "ok?" *awkward silence* She then continued to tell us "I don't have much" but damn we sure couldn't get an inkling of what that "much" was that she had. Asked if they had mcchickens, she said "idk" ... This level of brain dead makes me wonder whether that brain ever was alive. What a travesty to represent the beautiful Golden Arches in such a way. May God and Ronald McDonald have mercy on her soul. read more

The staff is very friendly but the service is ungodly slow. They hardly give you a receipt and if you ask them not to include something i.e. mayonnaise, pickles, onions they will typically add extra. I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone. I have had poor experiences nearly every time I've gone. When you open up your food it looks like they literally threw your food down a hill, and then handed it to you. Condiments that are supposed to be on the food are everywhere but. You pick up your food and you have to wipe your hands after every bite and it makes a mess everywhere. I used the drive-thru a week or so back and the worker must not have known her microphone to talk was on because I heard two females talking trash about what appeared to me as an elderly lady who had a question about the menu which I heard as I sat and waited at the menu board for an unreasonable amount of time considering I could hear them talking. This location is a 0/5 any way you look at it. read more

If I could give this a 0 stars I would... a few months ago the woman at the drive thru didn't give me my card back so the next morning I noticed and went in. They didn't want to acknowledge my issue, made me wait 10 minutes for someone to even ask what it looked like, and never even bothered to look into it so I had to cancel the card. I haven't been there since then until tonight. Just got home from waiting 30+ minutes in line for a simple burger and soda. Never a good experience going here. Poor management. Always try to avoid it. read more

Staff sucks. I waited in drive thru for like 6minutes. When they finally devided to start taking orders I asked about the salads and no one knew what was on a southwest salad except the manager. I had to leave the drive thru go inside and order just so someone could properly explain to me what the hell was on it because the menus dont advertise them... The whole staff was standing around laughing and swearing as the line of drive thru cuatomers racked up. The manager or supervisor had to ask an employee 4 times to drop nuggets as shes laughing with another employee ignoring him... Y'all want 15$ an hr but cant act right in the workplace... I hardly get mcdonalds because almost every single one in my area has rude, careless, disrespectful employees. I would seriously look into this specific branch. The employee's reflect the level of disrespect that the manager approves of. If this were my business I would be very dissappointed in the postion of power you rely on.... read more

This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. It is run by kids and they dont know what they are doing. I went through the drive through and had a promo code on the app that gives a bogo breakfast sandwich. The worker said it was invalid. I suggested to him to add the items from the meal separately and he tried and he couldn't figure out how to do it. Another young worker comes over and apparently the computer freezes. Promo code still doesn't work. They get the manager and say just go to the next window. I do and they told me I have to back up and pay at the previous window. I said no way! There is a long line of cars behind me now. I gave them the card and told them to run back there. But I want my discounted breakfast sandwich. They came back no receipt and said the printer was down. They handed me my items after discussing it for awhile. My food at this point was cold and wrong. I asked for super well done hashbrowns and they were undercooked! I ordered a iced late with whipped cream and there was no whipped cream . I dont know if I paid extra for it because I didn't get a receipt. I also ordered a dr pepper and got a diet coke.
