Everyone knows about McDonald's but why not leave a review! My wife and I decided to try out one of America's most popular fast food. I ordered the Double Big Mac (I've tried the regular Big Mac but never heard of a double one!) and my wife ordered the quarter pounder. The service was nice and they were quick. The drive thru was very busy and they handled themselves well (doesn't seem to be the case when it comes to dinner or after some days). McDonald's and I have parted ways today. They just rearranged their menu today, and my normal breakfast cost $1 more. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when you have breakfast there three times a week. That dollar adds up. I put up the $0.20 extra for a soft drink when I ordered a value menu. I didn't say anything when they raised prices, when egg prices were high. I put up with them when the egg prices fell to normal, but the prices didn't. I put up with all that. But no more! Be careful if you did an application for mcdonalds here in town. Had one this morning at 9am. I get there and then was told they couldnt because they were understaffed. Ok? Work a little harder. We tend to always modify our burgers so I was pleased that the lady taking our order was super detail oriented. I typically don't have a great experience at this location. They are slow and I just had another experience that didn't make much sense to me. I went through the drive thru and had 3 different mobile orders that I needed to pick up. These orders were already paid for on the app. The drive thru worker claimed he could only take 2 mobile orders at a time and that I would need to get back in line to collect the last one. This made no sense to me considering they just needed our names. The food was paid for, they just needed to hand it to us. So rather than picking up all our food at once I had to get back in the drive thru line (that took another 20 minutes) just to pick the rest of the order up. I actually frequently visit this McDonald's and have only had a few issues but today sent me over the edge. As you can see, this burger patty has mold on it. When I called to inform them of my issue, they were extremely rude and hung up on me. I also had another experience where I was suppose to get a free nugget meal and they refused to give it to me. Katie needs a major attitude adjustment. Hands me drinks all spilled down the side every time. Never says thank you, never greets me. Today tries to give me my drinks in a carrier. Very nice thought, but I always end up spilling them. Not to mention that they are all looked up on the lid, so it'll be a huge mess. Since I have plenty of cup holders, ask if I can please just have the drinks. She lets out a huge sigh. I say I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you mad, I just end up making a mess. Person who made my drink did not make the correct size so instead of giving me the correct amount of drink with light ice she poured the old drink into the cup and added more ice thinking I couldn't see her through her slat wall. Dine-in a.k.a sitting down in a chair not available except for employees (and apparently friends of employees). You have to totally like McDonald's to leave a review. I do. This location is local to us, and I favor it over others in the area. The food tastes great, and is always hot, especially the fries. The service is outstanding. There are likely many ocal college students working here, but management is the key. They are friendly and courteous. I always see someone cleaning the tables and floors. All of the employees are on top of their game. A plus for us older folks. I've only been at the drive thru once, but the service there is good also. read more

I always have great food and wonderful service at this McDonald's. But today was beyond exceptional. The staff are always so nice and friendly and helpful any chance they get. Today, I ordered a happy meal toy for my baby and they brought me an extra one. And before I left, they gave her three more. They also got my highchair for me, brought me a drink carrier when they saw me struggling and held the doors open for me to make my walk out a little bit easier. I have been to this McDonalds many many many times. I have lived in burg for a good while now and honestly up until now I thought there was no point in leaving a review for fast food, or really anywhere for that matter. I looked up this McDonalds recently on google to check their hours (coronavirus) and saw that many people had left reviews (very negative reviews) for pretty insignificant mistakes in my opinion. People bash employees for not reading their minds and knowing that they want things made or prepared a certain way, and I know those are the first comments I see/read when I look up reviews before going somewhere. It got me thinking, there are a lot of places I choose not to go to, solely based on seeing a few bad reviews. So maybe a positive review would put a strong thought into our minds in a good way instead of bad. I recently placed an order from this restaurant via DoorDash, because I was at work, and was seeking a safe delivery during these coronavirus times.... and when my order got to me, I was missing one of my four items I had ordered. Not mad, I called the store, wanting to find out what exactly to do about it since it was through a third-party app I was unsure. I got on the phone with the manager, Jennifer and let her know that I had missed out on an item. She was very nice with me and informed me that if I came by the store after I got off work, and let one of the employees know I had spoken with her earlier, they would replace my Big Mac that I had not received. A few hours go by, I get off work and head over there and exactly as she said, I called their store phone once more and spoke to another nice lady (whose name I cannot remember, sorry) and she said to come through the Drive-Thru and they would have it ready for me. Zero hassles or issues, these ladies were honest, good employees which is not something you see everyday, especially at such a high-traffic place such as McDonalds. I even ordered a couple more things when I went to get my Big Mac, and they gave me a discount on my total to make up for the mistake. I took pictures of how I received my order when I got it, and kept my receipt just in case I was going to need to prove that I had purchased it, but Jennifer was understanding and trusting and didn't even ask me because she knew I was being genuine. The second wonderful lady who was there after I got off work had my food (with special toppings added) ready for me extremely quickly when I got there. Very pleased, would recommend going here because they will work hard to make sure you get what you pay for and that it is made the way you want it. read more

The burgers here are out of this world. The Big Mac, for example, has a special sauce that puts the special in special. And how do they get two patties on one burger without getting it all greasy and gooey? They built a special bun with an extra layer of bread. These people have a gift for deliciousness. And if you get a hankering for even more meat, they have a quarter pounder. A quarter pound of meat on one burger? I couldn't believe it. I think also that there should be a special entry just for their desserts. The fudge sundae was phenomenal. The counter person had put a little too much fudge on it and it dripped down the side. She said, "sorry," but I said, "that's quite alright." I put a quarter in the Ronald McDonald tip jar to say thank you.
