Not only is this the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, not only do they constantly mistake your order or give you incredibly stale food, I wouldn't even complain if it was just that stuff But I'm like 90% sure this McDonald's is just racist. Which yes is ironic since it has a diverse staff. But as a Hispanic person, this is the only fast food place that has actively accused me of trying to steal by complaining when they forgot items. They've done this to me twice now, and I'm not joking I had multiple times stops asking for help, pointing at my already ready order that I can see behind the counter. And they just fully ignore me, I'm not one to yell so I just keep trying to get their attention but this time it reached a comical level where multiple people made eye contact with me then walked away. The gauge eared manager guy literally asked me what I was here for, I said my mobile order and pointed at it, and he walked away to help another customer. So my order just sat there, getting cold, for 7 minutes until someone finally gave it to me. Plus, I've NEVER picked up an Uber Eats order or DoorDash order from here and yet they literally ALWAYS see me and say "DoorDash"? This place is racist, I'm done coming here. Good luck getting them to answer the drive thru when switching the grill to breakfast-even if you are a delivery driver and just picking up. Don't bother driving to the window either, because no one is in sight and try a little honk of the horn to get service is also absolutely ignored. This McDonald's is the worst one in Warren, worse than the Parkman Rd location. Absolutely a joke. And for the love of God, windex the drive thru window one of these years. Nasty!! read more

consistently gets orders wrong, and staff and manager are extremely rude and ignorant and bad mouths customers to other staff within earshot of us customers. blames customers and ignores or get angry at us and refuse to even try to resolve any issues. the manager was the worst!! i work customer setvice for a living and this level of disrespect for customers and lack of any caring for getting orders correct even a portion of the time just blows my mind its so consistently horrendous! i wish it wasn't the closest mcdonalds to my house because it has been consistently an awful experience for years. read more

I'm giving this McDonalds a great rating for whoever showed up early to make fresh ice tea! I'm not a fan of "fast food" but I greatly appreciate the staff that slings the burgers every day! Was given a Double quarter pounder with cheese that was supposed to have extra ketchup but it had none, it also should have had no pickle but had extra. Why the hell have I been sitting in this drive Thru for 11 minutes, and only two fucking cars have ordered and pulled up. I know it is 10:30+ at night and staffing has become an issue at most places but this is beyond ridiculous. The food is classic McDonald's but there is no reason not to have enough food prepared during peak breakfast hours. Customers use the drive thru feature because it's quick and convenient. Their hot water line quit working on 12/21/19 so they had no coffee. When I went in Monday morning their hot water line was still down but they were still serving coffee so I ordered one. In my car I took a huge gulp & it tasted horrible. It was lukewarm & had a funny nasty taste. I went in and was told by another customer that everyone was complaining about their coffee, so I ordered a replacement. This one took five minutes to get, was hot, but still tasted horrible. Also it has a really funny smell, like their heating up stagnant tap water without actually boiling it. I tried making a complaint on their website but they want my complete address & phone number. Why would I need to give you that?! I'm not. I'm saving the coffee in my car so I can find out if anyone gets sick, including me... read more

Now ive tried this place a couple of times must be under new ownership...I know is fast food and cheap , but the service is just plan bad. The drive thru is slow they mess your order up, they are screaming and yelling in the background. Manager must not be there a lot.
