Family was coming home after a vacation and we were hungry and this was the first McDonald that we saw so we decided to stop but will never stop again !!! The chicken was not cooked in 3 out of the 4 sandwiches also the fries were not seasoned usually Macdonald s is known for its fries but not this time! Morning crew is great, evening/night crew need a whooooolllle attitude check. They don't even greet you or speak to you at the windows, just an exchange and you're off. Wish they had better attitudes instead making people feel like a burden any time they go stop by their business. read more

Kind of back-and-forth whether to recommend I guess if it's a last resort I would, but the floors were dirty and very slippery and both restrooms in coming in and out of the restaurant just best to water and other debris that has not been cleaned up. read more

Went to this McDonalds today... sat in a 5-6 car line without moving for at least 15 minutes (that was problem #1). When I finally got to the pay window, that employee improperly wore their mask below the nose... I let that slide as I went to the next window. When I pulled up to the food window, I watched the kid inside for ~5 minutes with his mask below his chin casually blowing bubbles with his gum. He pulled it up over his mouth (not nose) just to hand me my food. The entire drive-thru visit took about 30 minutes for a fast food restaurant. The food service is lucky to even be up and running right now and this kid just does not take the it seriously and neither did the manager when I called in about it. It's disgusting that an establishment cannot operate safely and professionally in the middle of a pandemic. read more

Literally just stopped here to grab a quick coffee, iced caramel macchiato and orange juice. The miss that was taking the order was new and was still learning the ropes. I kind of felt bad for her, but she's still learning. What really irk me was that it literally took like 20 minutes for them to just make three drinks. I literally watched the guy make our drinks. From pouring the coffee to orange juice to making my iced caramel macchiato seemed like a good 15 - 20 minutes. There was a line of people literally waiting for their food and it was like 4 pm and not even rush hour. I hope this location finds its way to improve their efficiency. read more

Do not go here on Sunday! i was there between 11-11:17 My god the drive through took us almost 20 minutes. There was only 4 cars in front of us! They must have been short handed . Even the inside had a huge line, because I had to go in and use the restroom . Please ! I watched three people, whom came in after me, get their food before I did, the first time. I got my order and my sandwiches were made incorrectly. I asked for plain with no bun and both had everything and a bun. The staff wasn't very apologetic about it whatsoever. I spent a total 25 minutes here, from the time I ordered until I got my complete correct order. Totally unacceptable. read more

In addition to being a customer, I was always formerly an employee between late August and late October of 2019. As a customer, the service is often very iffy. Sometimes you'll get good food, sometimes you'll get bad food, and you're likely to get the wrong food, so definitely check before you drive off (please at least pull up and check then go in to the counter instead of just waiting at the window, it makes things run smoother for everyone else) As an employee, a lot of the issue comes down to being understaffed. Many of the employees were high-school aged kids (I'm 20 and graduated earlier in the year as I write this, so I'm not really one to judge too much) who would stay for a few weeks and then leave due to stress from being understaffed. It's a bit of a cyclical issue. It also doesn't help that this particular McDonald's is a stop on the highway and near the Interstate. It gets slammed when there's an event in any city nearby, it gets slammed hard around the holidays. It can go from dead quiet to busy very fast, and that can sometimes catch the crew off-guard. It's a common place to go for people that live in Warren, and for people to go through. Now, I mostly worked weekdays 11-7, but from my experience, you should never, EVER go there around noon. The lunch rush is long, comes in waves, and you're more than likely to get something wrong if you do go there. It also gets busy on Sundays, with a lot of elderly folk visiting. The dining room and bathrooms are usually nice and clean, and for that you can thank the ladies who take care of those. The evening lady who does that is particularly nice. If you do end up having an issue, please take it easy on the employees. Most of them are anxiety-riddled teenagers, and by being nice to them, you make it more likely for them to stay and improve, thereby making any future visits of yours better, and the visits of others. TL;DR Constantly short-staffed because overstressed teenagers keep leaving and new ones replace them. Cycle continues. Management doing their best, but having issues. 1/3 chance of getting your food wrong, and long wait times, especially around 11AM-1PM and 5PM-7PM since they're busiest then (and generally fairly busy anyway). Absolutely horrible. We went for some breakfast on our way home. We would have stopped at the drive thru, but it was closed for some reason. So we go inside and order, I get a sausage mcmuffin, fairly standard, no way to screw that up right? Wrong. The sausage was cold, the muffin was cold, and there was some bits of egg on it, so I assume they just took an egg off of it (I am not allergic to egg, so this wasn't a huge deal, but somebody who was allergic could have gotten hurt). Layout of the building is horrible, there were maybe 15 people inside, yet it seemed so crowded. Probably will never be in again. read more

Stopped at this McDonald's for dinner on our way down state & ordered two of the same meal. One had extra pickles and after getting our meal there was no pickles on any of the burgers. The receipt even says extra pickles & there wasn't one on anything. read more

Hadn't been there too much lately because of the usual poorly constructed sandwiches but I had the occassion to go there last Sunday about 11:45 am. I always go through the drive-up because i am disabled. I ordered a fish sandwich, a fruit & yogurt parfait and a diet coke. In the sack I found what was supposed to be a sandwich. A 2-year old could have put it together better. Half of the only warm piece of fish was in the bun and the small piece of cheese was hanging off of the other side. The cheese was sticking to its place so there was no chance to reposition it. When I reached in the sack for my yogurt I got a handful! The lid was off and the side of the container was split and oozing with yogurt. One good thing I can say - the diet coke was good. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. They couldn't even make a simple french vanilla iced coffee. It was all french vanilla, the hole drink was just white with ice cubes in it. I sent it back 3 times & it still was the same. I went to eat my breakfast sandwich and it was rock hard. read more

Was there at 8:30 PM Thursday evening. The door was locked & we couldn't get in. Hours on the door said different. An employee explained they had a staffing problem and had to close the lobby. I think it is a management problem. We won't be back. No excuse for running a McDonalds like that. The franchisers need to take a look at the management of this place. read more

Slooooooooooooowwwwwww!!! Took the girl at least 7 minutes to take and punch in my order. I waited another 7 minutes watching the clerk hang from the window quoting the customers price... May need some more crew training, I understand you have the benefit of not having to be perfect since you're location is easily accessible to travelers, but this was very sub par. read more

After a rough travel day I went to this McDonalds to pick up food and the staff was kind, attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed even though I came in kind of late in the evening. I didn't eat in but the restaurant looked clean and tidy. I just felt better after going there. read more

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting to the point where my kids were crying. There was nasty stuff all over the floor with tons of flies flying all around the room.
