This place never seems to adapt with the modern times. The location is great. The people not so much. Every time I go it's always amazing how it could be one car or no cars not busy and somehow I have to wait 8 min for a mcchicken. Tonight.. at 9:48 Knowing it was gonna be a wait I didn't expect the young lady to have such..attitude. I get it you don't wanna be there but because you didn't hear me ask for a large drink at the menu and when you handed me the drink I said something n you had the nerve to roll your eyes at me? At 7:30pm, there was 1 car in front of me and no cars in the parking lot. I ordered 4 quarter pounders and 1 chicken sandwich. I was told they had to give me ketchup packets because they had no more ketchup in the kitchen, which I highly doubt and was never given packets. All of our food was cool and dried out, buns were crunchy. My chicken sandwich tasted like old grease and dry, it was clearly reheated in the fryer. We threw all our food away. Went In because we had some time to kill. floors were slippery with grease. waited to be helped, and when that didn't happen we ordered at the kiosk. took forever to get our food. asked them to make the quarter pounder with cheese plain. they asked "with the cheese"? On 12/3/2024 I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage biscuits and given the total price, after waiting for 4-5 cars in front of me I finally got to window one to pay--I was then told "we are out of biscuits" would you like them on a muffin instead--I said ok --then after about 30 seconds I was told were are out of muffins-do you want just the patties ?? I had a good McGriddle sandwich and hashbrown here one morning, but was shocked at how long it took the staff member to find me a single teabag for the hot tea I requested. Tea is definitely not a common request here, and eventually it was found so I was able to have my tea with my breakfast. Free wifi, ample seating area, and a generally clean restaurant makes this location a good one. read more

I went to McDonald's and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe I asked the lady while I was at the board placing my order if it came with mayonnaise and she said we can put it on there I said no no mayonnaise and she said OK I drove up paid for my food at the first window go up to the second window ask the girl if they put mayonnaise on there and she said no I'll be damned if I get to work and I open it up and there's mayo on it I called them and the lady says well we can take your name down the next time you come in will give you a replacement sandwich I'm at work my lunch hour they have Uber they have whoever else that can deliver the sandwich to make the customer satisfied poor customer service The last time I went to that McDonald's was about six months ago and they screwed up my order I guess it'll be another six months read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I asked for three cheeseburgers only ketchup, got the three cheeseburgers but they were plain and obviously sitting under a heat lamp for hours as they were dry as hell, one of the top buns was even browned/burnt on top. Let me first start by saying this is a small but very efficiently run McDonald's. One thing I've learned today is whenever you think that the world is getting worse, something else steps in and contradicts your thinking. I was pleasantly surprised after I had ordered a bagel sandwich and coffee and got to the pay window at the drive thru. The cashier he gave my price of $5.85 and when I went to pay she saw my military retired license plate and said are you retired Navy? I said why yes I am. She said oh well your orders are always 50% off, and very pleasantly thanked me for my service. She said all veterans are 50% off anytime you stop here. Out of all the shitty McDonald's I have ever been to this is by far the shittiest. They messed up my caramel mocha frappe. On top of that they don't offer free refills on soda as the soda machine is behind the counter. No condiments are placed within reach for the customers, not even napkins. The biscuit in my sons food wasn't even hot enough to melt the butter they provided. On top of that Collette was the one who took the order and was kind of cold with us. Not impressed at all. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a McDonalds. Stopped on Sunday afternoon with wife and 2 kids to get the kids lunch on the way home from a friend's house. Stood at the counter and never was even acknowledged for at least 7-10 mins. We were the only ones waiting to order, there were about 2-3 other customers waiting to get their food. Finally gave them the order and eventually when the food came up (2 6pc Chicken McNugget Happy Meals) and we took the bags to our table, there were no McNuggets in either bag. Where shall I start? Well gosh, I've had so many issues here I could write a book not a review. So let's start with how they have gone through managers like tailgaters go through beer, I have spoken with about 5 different managers in the last year when my order (or my wife's) has been incorrect. Let's start with that, a correct order. We all know what we want, and we all expect to get what we order, which is normally pretty simple, it's the basic principle of following instructions. Something we all do, and are all more then capable of doing unless you have the intelligence of a hot dog. To get an order correct, you read off what's ON THE SCREEN and add those items to the bag. That sounds like something a four year old could do. I did more advanced procedures in my first job working as security. The amount of times they have gotten the order wrong (correct on the receipt) is probably 3 out of 5 times. Let's move on to quality, shall we? At this location quality goes up and down almost as frequently as they're managers... wait, that sounds like a correlation... Regardless, when I go for food, I (much like everyone else) generally expect it to be put together and editable. This can go back to following instructions, more often then not, my burger is missing something (or I order something plan and it comes with pickles) like cheese, or you know... a bun. In any profession quality is a big part, I feel like they forgot that lesson in this restaurant's training manual. Okay, one more thing before I finish this review. CUSTOMER SERVICE. "No that's what you ordered and that's what you get." Again, let's go back to following instructions and my order being on the screen, and oh, my order being on a receipt (again correct on the receipt) yet still insisting that I am wrong. My favorite customer service issues was being told "there's nothing we can do for you." When they literally dropped my soda into my car. You read that correctly, they dropped my soda into my car, laughed and said "there's nothing we can do for you." I'm pretty sure that kid no longer works there and again, spoke with manager number 2 who doesn't work there. So either McDonald's staff is as useful as a door knob on a revolving door (I'm pretty sure you have to genuinely teach someone to be that bad of a person) or their training is so minimal it's almost nonexistent like the nuggets I ordered. I have tried on several occasions to understand the issues at this location and even thought "well yeah, if we pay them more perhaps we'll get better service, quality, and a correct order." Yeah, I've stopped thinking that as it appears even with higher wage, they lack the basic fundamentals of service and skills required to follow instructions. read more

Today I called in a rather big order. My grandson is the boyfriend of , Charlee,one of the 3 girls involved in the horrific accident on Wednesday night in the town of Raymond. When I mentioned that my daughters house was full of teenage boys sleeping on her frontroom floor as a support team for my grandson they immediately refunded my money and said they want to do anything they can to help in this unfortunate situation. What a wonderful thing they are doing. Offering help and support for any events resulting from this accident. They asked to be notified if there is anything they can do. This is a newer location. I have been here quite a few times. It is very clean inside and out. I didn't like how extra slippery the floors appear to be after cleaning on one of my visits, very dangerous.
