Just went through the drive thru and I guess the speaker wasn't working. We pulled up to the window and ordered a Frappe. The lady at the window screamed at us telling us the machine was broken. When she opened the window it wreaked of weed worse than a Snoop Dogg concert. This is the worse McDonalds I've ever seen. read more

This is absolutely without a doubt the rudest employees in the world! McDonald's should take their arches from this place! I just ordered 2 ice cream cones and the response I received was hell no you ain't getting that! Then I was laughed at! I guess not only did this bitch obviously not receive proper training in how to speak to customers but I believe it's safe to say her parents failed to teach her any manners growing up! Stopped here while traveling with the kids. It was a little late and they were all that was open and there were a few cats in front of us at the drive thru. It toe about 20-25 m minutes to get our 4 combos. 3 with burgers and 1 nuggets. ALL 3 who ate the burgers got upset stomachs. NONE of us could even finish our burgers. The patties were burnt like they were cooked hours ago and sat on the warning part of the grill. They tasted of charcoal. My daughter got the nuggets..... only one not sick.... only one who could finish her food. Worst McDonald's ever. And that's an accomplishment. read more

The food was decent but the people were questionable. Some 20-year-old chick with the maturity of a 6-year-old seemed to be missing her extra small fry in her Happy Meal, and thus threw said "missing" fries across the kitchen floor from the service counter while hurling vague insults at the person serving her. The manager then proceeded to start screaming swears and insults (just as vague and ill-formed) back at said 20-year-old. After the young woman stormed out, her maybe-boyfriend-maybe-brother approached the counter to defend her a bit more quietly, and the manager continued to berate the two of them. "I've been working here for 35 years! I know when I forget to put something in!" However, she didn't know how to manually input a credit card number, even after 35 years, so I'm not sure how reliable this statement is. For the 20-odd minutes we remained in the "restaurant," the employees were yelling, swearing, and laughing about the customers without regard for professionalism or incoming customers. All in all, average McDonald's experience. Oh and the hand dryers didn't work in either restroom. Wear jeans so you can dry your hands. read more

So, if you happen to work 2nd shift and just getting out and/or just plain hungry just know around 2AM-4AM the workers don't even do their job. They'll turn the lights off & pretend to not be there. (P.S your cars are in the parking lot... you're not fooling anyone..) they also love to neglect answering the speakers. This isn't even the first time. Whoever was managing months and months ago; BEG to get them back because they seemed to excel at managing better than whoever they have now. (The woman that appeared to be the manager a while back with the black hair & ponytail seemed to run a tight ship and was really good at managing - haven't seen her around and it's INSANELY obvious.) Either the workers are in the back having sex, getting high or both. Ha, yeah... & they want a raise.... Puh-leeeez. read more

This McDonald's is pretty good. The food taste like it should, good ol' classic McDonald's. No weird smells inside. The drive-thru is usually pretty fast. I've been going to this one for several years now and have only had a couple negative things happen while there (one time the restroom needed to be cleaned and another the coke machine was broke in the front so you had to let them refill your drinks). Besides those few times, overall, it's a good place to eat. Especially if you are in the mood for McDonald's. I will continue to recommend it to my friends and family. read more

My family had been driving for 10 hours straight and we stopped to get some food and hopefully use the restroom. The lobby was closed so we had to go through the drive-thru, which is fine. We pulled up to the speaker to order and I asked my wife to order from the passenger seat because I have difficulty hearing and she knows what everyone wants better than I do. We have two young boys, 3 and 5 years old, who were very happy to stop and get some fries - they love your fries more than any other restaurant they've ever been to. Because my wife was leaning across the center console, she had to speak a little louder for the drive thru attendant to hear her. I don't know if the attendant took that as my wife yelling at her and that's what set her off, or if she was already in a bad mood, but what happened next was the most shocking thing I have ever experienced from any business, and I'm not exaggerating. I was blown away by how rude the woman on the speaker was. She belittled my wife, talked down to her, and ended the conversation by blowing up about how she had to take payment from another customer, put in our order, and she refused to serve us. I heard the microphone click off and she wouldn't answer us after that. We tried to call the store, a male answered and said he was the manager. My wife told him what happened and he said "hold on, let me get you to the head of the store," then handed the phone to the same woman who just berated my wife. She said her name was Gina but I'm not sure if that is true or not. She hung up on my wife, so we called back and they just hung up on us again without even answering. It's like the store is run by teenagers with no supervision. I get that people in the service industry have bad days and get stressed out, I've worked in restaurants and retail stores most of my life. Some customers are just not worth the trouble. But that wasn't us - we just wanted some burgers and fries, we didn't order Gina's attitude. And while this was all going on, she was holding up the rest of the customers behind us, which ended up being 5 or 6 cars deep. Some of them got tired of waiting and drove over to Burger King, which is where we ended up. I know one customer doesn't matter to a franchise as large as McDonald's, and we'll still go to other locations, but Gina needs to get off the drive thru if she is such an unhappy person. The way she handled this was wrong from the beginning, and just got worse as it went on. I'm pulling the audio off of my dash cam and uploading it to YouTube, more as a funny thing than to hurt McDonald's or Gina. It's mind-blowing how fast this went off the rails. I hope Gina gets the mental help she needs. read more
