This mcdonald's to my to-go place after all the restaurants are closed as this is open for public 24 hours (including drive-thru) they maintain this restaurant really well to be honest for a McD and also their customer service is up to par. never had any issues with order/service and sometimes if they aren't that busy the manager actually will get your food to the table in case you are eating inside. well done for a fast-food chain that keeps things neat overall. i only gave 4 because the line-ups are always long.. even when I am ordering using mobile these days, there are way too many orders before mine! read more

McDonald's - Absolutely filthy - Fast Food Near Me - Toronto, Ontario

Yesterday I stopped by for a late lunch to go. I like McDonald's because of the consistency of their products. They are usually very reliable. But not so this day. I ordered a Big Mac meal. When I got home after a somewhat long day, I was famished. So I was very disappointed to find my Big Mac missing a hamburger patty. I did eat the meal and went to bed as my day had started at 02:00. Every time I pay for bbq sauce, they always forget to include bbq sauce in my order. It's standard for them to forget.

Ah micky d's. What's different about this location? Nothing. Ok, maybe the fact that it has a drive-thru makes it special since the ones in the downtown area that do have them are few and far between. The couple of times I've been here have been good. This place is open 24 hours, which is helpful when you get off the blue bus line in the middle of the wee hours of the morning and looking for food when everything else around is closed. Service is fast and friendly, though the kids behind the counter look like people who work the graveyard shift a little bit too often -- pale a droopey. Stay away from this location when the schools in this area get out. Too many annoying kids and no place to sit. read more

I've been to this Mcd several times being close by in proximity. Lately I have to say the standard of service deteriorated. Today was yet another chaotic example. No organised lines were visible between the people waiting for their food vs. People ordering. Servers seems to busy to ignore questions. Yet another day at Mcd closing up the 11am breakfast run I guess. At least you can see the servers working really hard. read more

I give this location 1 star for being open 24hrs a day but other than that, it's a joke. The line ups are long, the service is average at best and your orders are more of a suggestion because they are bound to screw something up. My father had a 2 for 1 coupon which expired today so I decided to drop by for a pair of big macs. I got home to find out that they messed up the big macs. There was nothing between the upper and middle bun. On both of them. How could they not notice?! Needless to say, I think that was the last straw. read more

Great place to eat for a quick bite. If you make your meal too customized, your order can take a long time to get to your hands, ruining the point of Fast Food. The Filet-O-Fish is still the best meal on their vast menu, but the salads are a close second. The staff isn't that great since they often mishear you, but the fast and effective Kiosks remedy that problem. For fast food, this is my go-to. read more

This location actually impressed me. It was around 1 am on a Friday night. I was expecting a bit of an ugly scene when I was walking in with it being on the Danforth and all. It was actually cool. No drunks or anything. Everything was clean even though it was the middle of the night. There were like five people ahead of me in line and it still only took 3 minutes to get food. I went to the washroom and it was relatively clean and didn't smell like piss. Compared to other places in the neighbourhood the staff here seem to have their stuff together. read more

Worst customer service ever! I live nearby and have stopped by when I'm desperate. The place is run by high school kids and managers who are kids themselves. I've had a few wrong orders, a few experiences where a meal took over 10 minutes to come and a few times where my order never came at all because it wasn't on their queue. My final experience with this place was when I ordered 2 chocolate sundaes in drive thru. There was fudge all over the lid and it felt rock hard and totally congealed. I got out of the drive thru and walked in to exchange it. The cashier said they ran out of fudge as she pointed to the sundae machine behind her which had an open empty container for where the fudge cylinder goes and the clear markings of someone scraping the cylinder for the remaining fudge bits to fill up my sundae. I was DISgusted that they would do this. I asked for the manager, who seemed to be slightly embarrassed but unapologetic. It wasn't until I asked him if he would eat the sundae that he apologized. The one good thing about this McDonalds is that it makes you not want to eat McDonalds ever again. I haven't been back in months mainly because this place sucks so bad. Thank you for your poor customer service. My heart and body are very grateful for your shortcomings. read more

First of all, all McDonald's restaurants are almost the same, though there are some differences between each store. In this store there is pretty good seating and I can always find a seat. The employees are good. There are 2 TV's in this one, one shows CP24 and the other shows Treehouse. A bonus of this one is that it has a drive-thru. Can be pretty busy at lunch hour though. This is a pretty good McDonald's. read more
