Went at 7:30 pm fairly empty- manager was young curly- haired guy who was not very informed about the state of the restaurant, all dirty tables, ketchup out, floor littered, wasn't aware which happy meal toys were out (chose Disney and got something else), etc. It's so disappointing that in my teen years, there were standards for the workers let alone a manager. I placed an order through DoorDash the other day for breakfast. My DoorDash driver got there quickly. This poor giy waited AT LEAST 25 minutes for tge order. They did not make my order. They kept telling my DoorDash driver they were confused about the order, but refused to explain further. I was in contact with him when he was there, so if they were confused about anything, I could have easily cleared it up. The driver ended up unassigning the order. Then I canceled it. In total, this wasted at least an hour. I ended up driving myself to another location off of 159th and Harlem (the one next to Portillo's). They were fantastic. I was already on my way back from there in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to go there. But I will NEVER go to this location again. Ridiculous service, if you can even call it that. I haven't heard anything positive about that location. They are better off closing. read more

You know it's difficult to write a creative review of a single McDonalds when you remember they have some 5,000 outlets and they strive to make each one exactly the same...but this was a nice one. I walk 10,000+ steps every day. Sometimes I stop at a McD afterwards and get a frozen coke, which I planned to do today. I place my order, and I see on the screen "frozen drink surcharge" which annoyed the hell out of me. I went to this McDonalds for a late night snack almost a week ago and when I was given my change the girl in the drive thru window threw my money on the ground and didn't even apologize at first. I had to open my car door in the middle of the drive thru and get out to pick up my money that was thrown at me. When she gave me the food I ordered she laughed and said "ha sorry". First time coming here in a while. It's a more modern looking McDonald's with up to date asthetics like a kiosk because I guess asking the cashier is too hard to do nowadays. Food is typical McDonald's foods, it got served especially quick . Customer service is alright. The establishment is clean especially the dining area which is great. It's close and convenient to my job which is alright but 95% of my time I'll have to be desperate to come to any McDonald's. I do like they're strawberry smoothies none the less. Parking is always plentiful, never an issue. read more

They remodeled this store and it is tiny now. They are going with kiosks and only 2 cashiers. There is very little seating and almost NO parking spaces. They want drive thru only. They have a double drive thru which means slow service there and if you find a parking space only 2 cashiers means slow service. Not happy. read more

This McDonald's is fantastic. The staff are all friendly. The service is quick. Loved the NASA and Star Wars happy meal toys last year. Drive an extra 5 minutes to a different McDonalds - this place isn't worth it. While it's very clean on the inside, the customer service experience is subpar & the food is served cold & messy. Every, & I mean everytime I order fries from here, they are spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Any burger is served at room temperature. Looking for sprite? Choose something else, their sprite is FLAT. The staff seems to be untrained with the McDonald's App, & have trouble applying deals. I had a coupon for a free quarter pounder yet this location would not take my coupon when they have taken it before. The employee did not know who to explain why the coupon was not Valid at the location she just told me to take business elsewhere. (I thought it was one size fits all) And it's super hot out today but this young man Samr handles us old ladies with charm. He changed our order and made my friend very happy. Who knew? This location has given me trouble most of the time. I am always waiting a long time-too long for a "fast" food restaurant. There was one time I went up to the intercom and was saying hello over and over for 10 minutes. I finally went up to the window ans saw the employees just chatting.
