Staff was super nice, spoke with Lisa and Tara on shift. As a GM myself, I was impressed with the store. Lobby was excellent: all the tables were clean, floor was clean, even the soda machine was clean. Bathrooms were as well. Food came out fast, hot, and correct. I know people are more inclined to leave bad reviews than positive ones, and they really do deserve the 5-star recognition. Great staff, great service, clean store! read more

Well that was not as fun as I was hoping for my kids' first McDonalds Halloween Pail experience... I ordered 2 kids meals, each with nuggets and fries, with extra fries instead of apple slices, and both with an UNsweetened iced tea. We got NO extra fries, just the one tiny bag in each pail, and both came with a SWEET tea ! I am not happy to have wasted 6,000 of my rewards points on this order (and especially not happy that I spent my lunch break to pick up the order only to end up with kids who are upset and have nothing to drink now since they both hate sweet tea!)... if I had another half hour off from work today I'd come get it fixed at the restaurant, but I barely have time to send a message while my boss isn't looking! I contacted the restaurant that same day, got an apologetic reply from the Guest Services rep who said she'd give my info to the General Manager, and the GM would get back to me in a day or two. That was over a week ago, and I got NO reply from the GM and neither made any attempt to reimburse me for the missing or incorrect items! read more

McDonald's - a person eating a banana in a car - Burgers Near Me - Terre Haute, Indiana

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire 20 years of living and I've lived in 3 different states. Update May 24 2018 I don't know why this place isn't closed yet. Old men masturbating in the restrooms, cock roaches on the wall outside. I went there last night cause it was the only thing open and was the only one in line and the workers made me wait 10 min for my food and let my Frappés melt then tried to argue and make excuses as to way my order was not satisfactory. Terrible customer service, place is disgusting and needs to be torn down 7/19/18 Machine that reads coupons is broken and has t worked for a week. Workers have no idea what they are doing with technology. Needs to be trained more. read more

horrible. i only go to this McDonald's because it is closest one. I ordered a egg McMuffin but had received it with out the Canadian bacon. I went back to ask for a new one... and not only did they give me a new one they gave it to me cold. cheese fresh out of the refrigerator, not heated up and cheese not melted. This McDonald's is horrible. The wait is ridiculous, the lines are always long. and it always takes 5-10 minutes for the person running the drive through to even acknowledge that someone is there. Very disappointed, probably one of the worst McDonald's i've ever been to. read more

Sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes and never received the food that I PAID for. Ordered a quarter pounder and a diet coke. After waiting 30 minutes to get to the window to receive my food, they gave me a regular coke instead, and asked me to pull forward. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, and watching 12 cars behind me get their food, I went inside to tell them I had been waiting for ten minutes and still hadn't received my burger. The lady at the counter was rude and told me to wait a minute. I waited another 5 minutes in the lobby before walking out... Wasted my entire lunch hour getting robbed. read more

The man at the window and could not stop laughing. although the food was not good the wait wasn't. There was a car in front of me and 2 behind me since there was only four cars they should've been much faster. It was disgusting in there and crew did not help anyone at front counter. After 10 minutes of waiting I just left. Not very good management.

This review is not just for this location but for all McDonald's. First the good, their breakfast is their best menu items. It starts to fall off bad after that. Most food items are low quality but their prices are cheep so most people seem to over look the quality and the healthiness of the food. If there are people who disagree with this review look up on the internet as to what McDonalds is using to preserve their food. As you can see I'm not a fan of McDonald's. A one star rating is generous. read more

McDonald's - the exterior of a restaurant at night - Burgers Near Me - Terre Haute, Indiana

out of hi c. always mean. why does it always stink? and the drive thru people are always rude.

The drive through was closed. The hamburger was good. The French Fries are great. The coke was fresh.

If you read my reviews, then you know how I feel about McDonalds. Yet again, the family out-voted me. Standard McDonalds food here. This location seems to be crowed most of the time. The Drive-thru line is full most of the day. The layout of the eating area is strange and seems to be a very inefficient use of space. Despite the crowd, we got our food quickly. The staff seemed pretty harried and tired for 10:30 on a weekday. read more

Nothing out of the ordinary just another McDonalds doing what they do. Still no complaints on anything.

I don't typically leave reviews due to the fact that every business has a bad day every now and then. On top of that, McDonald's isn't going to be the best experience of one's life to begin with. However, my experience at this particular location was absolutely horrid. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered my food, and the gentleman at the pay window was kind. Unfortunately for me he did not give a receipt. Typically don't need a receipt, so I didn't think twice about it. By this point I had waited about a half an hour. When I got to the food window, the employee reviewed my order and was wrong two times, so I told her what I had ordered and she apologized a few times. I wasn't worried until she asked for a receipt, which I did not have. Therefore there was pretty much no proof of my order and it probably appeared to them to be my fault. I remained calm, but had been waiting for 45 minutes and I was simply ready to get my food and leave. The manager got snippy with me and told me to pull forward and wait for my food. Waited 20 minutes and it never came, went inside to ask for my food and I suppose the entire order magically disappeared. If you're feeling like wasting $9.00 and an hour of your time, this is the place for you! A lesson learned; ALWAYS ask for your receipt at a McDonald's. If I would have received it, my wait time would've been the only problem I had here. I just have a feeling they could've handled it without treating a customer like trash. read more

The place makes enough to supply you with a few sauces. Charge fifty cents for one sauce package? Weird..

Waited for FOREVER. Don't waste your time here. Ordered my normal order and took FOREVER to get our food. Should've known from the long line of cars outside... not to mention that the cashier had headphones in....lol. Awful service. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I go through the drive thru and there is only 1 other car in the drive thru as well (already paying). There are also 2 cars parked as if they're inside. I pull up to the speaker to order. Employee says her required welcome to mcdonalds blah blah and proceeds to say "how can I help you". I say my order and while Im speaking the lady interrupts me and (with a very rude attitude) says "I told you hang on a second! I'm really busy right now. I give this McDonald's here a negative if I could they have the worst staff that you could even come by the management has poor quality and communication skills and customer service she loves to talk to her customers and a town to where it should be said behind closed doors not very professional at all they are actually not professional that I think that's the only word I can come up with. this is the WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. the people were so rude. they forgot our order three times and were so rude when we asked for the items that we did not receive. it first started in the drive-through window when we kindly said "hello?" because we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes without any communication. then we get to the window to get our food and we were asked to pull up which i understand sometimes it's not ready. we then sat and watched 8 cars go past us while waiting for our food. once receiving our food we were not giving sauce or cookies even though we ordered some. The lady sassed me saying "you did not order cookies" even though on my receipt it said i did. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Everyone seemed as if we were interrupting their day and they were quite rude. We started to go through the drive thru at first but decided to eat inside instead. The drive thru cashier was very rude when we were looking at the menu trying to choose what we wanted. The food was mediocre at best. The fries were flaccid and cold. The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have mayo on it but did not and it was very dry. The mozzarella sticks we ordered were cold and abhorred. My kids and I ordered a cookie tote and they told us it would be three minutes because they were going to make fresh ones. We went back five minutes later and they still had not made them. It took almost 20 minutes to get them. The best thing I had was the sweet tea. It looks like that's what I'll be sticking to from now on. I won't be eating here again. read more

well the inside service still is terrible. they spend more time catering to the drive thru.

Every time I go to this McDonald's, I leave in a bad mood. The workers are rude and disrespectful, and I have never waited less than 30 minutes for an order. Even when I get something as simple as one smoothie, it takes over half an hour, even when it's not busy! The last time I was here, there was an extremely drunk customer who was smoking indoors, even though there's no smoking in this McDonalds. No employee tried to stop him, and it took 30 minutes until the manager came out and told him to leave. It's always dirty, and their drink machines are usually broken. Save your time and money and pick another McDonald's to go to. read more
