Please teach your current morning shift how to make the coffee drinks!!! I have gotten different flavors last three times and they all taste the same... like crap. Staff was super nice, spoke with Lisa and Tara on shift. As a GM myself, I was impressed with the store. Lobby was excellent: all the tables were clean, floor was clean, even the soda machine was clean. Bathrooms were as well. Food came out fast, hot, and correct. I know people are more inclined to leave bad reviews than positive ones, and they really do deserve the 5-star recognition. Great staff, great service, clean store! read more

Well that was not as fun as I was hoping for my kids' first McDonalds Halloween Pail experience... I ordered 2 kids meals, each with nuggets and fries, with extra fries instead of apple slices, and both with an UNsweetened iced tea. We got NO extra fries, just the one tiny bag in each pail, and both came with a SWEET tea ! I am not happy to have wasted 6,000 of my rewards points on this order (and especially not happy that I spent my lunch break to pick up the order only to end up with kids who are upset and have nothing to drink now since they both hate sweet tea!)... if I had another half hour off from work today I'd come get it fixed at the restaurant, but I barely have time to send a message while my boss isn't looking! I contacted the restaurant that same day, got an apologetic reply from the Guest Services rep who said she'd give my info to the General Manager, and the GM would get back to me in a day or two. That was over a week ago, and I got NO reply from the GM and neither made any attempt to reimburse me for the missing or incorrect items! read more

I went there last night cause it was the only thing open and was the only one in line and the workers made me wait 10 min for my food and let my Frappés melt then tried to argue and make excuses as to way my order was not satisfactory. horrible. i only go to this McDonald's because it is closest one. I ordered a egg McMuffin but had received it with out the Canadian bacon. I went back to ask for a new one... and not only did they give me a new one they gave it to me cold. cheese fresh out of the refrigerator, not heated up and cheese not melted. Sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes and never received the food that I PAID for. Ordered a quarter pounder and a diet coke. After waiting 30 minutes to get to the window to receive my food, they gave me a regular coke instead, and asked me to pull forward. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, and watching 12 cars behind me get their food, I went inside to tell them I had been waiting for ten minutes and still hadn't received my burger. This review is not just for this location but for all McDonald's. First the good, their breakfast is their best menu items. It starts to fall off bad after that. Most food items are low quality but their prices are cheep so most people seem to over look the quality and the healthiness of the food. If there are people who disagree with this review look up on the internet as to what McDonalds is using to preserve their food. As you can see I'm not a fan of McDonald's. The Drive-thru line is full most of the day. The layout of the eating area is strange and seems to be a very inefficient use of space. Despite the crowd, we got our food quickly. I don't typically leave reviews due to the fact that every business has a bad day every now and then. On top of that, McDonald's isn't going to be the best experience of one's life to begin with. However, my experience at this particular location was absolutely horrid. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered my food, and the gentleman at the pay window was kind. Unfortunately for me he did not give a receipt. Typically don't need a receipt, so I didn't think twice about it. By this point I had waited about a half an hour. When I got to the food window, the employee reviewed my order and was wrong two times, so I told her what I had ordered and she apologized a few times. I wasn't worried until she asked for a receipt, which I did not have. Therefore there was pretty much no proof of my order and it probably appeared to them to be my fault. I remained calm, but had been waiting for 45 minutes and I was simply ready to get my food and leave. The manager got snippy with me and told me to pull forward and wait for my food. Waited 20 minutes and it never came, went inside to ask for my food and I suppose the entire order magically disappeared. If you're feeling like wasting $9.00 and an hour of your time, this is the place for you! A lesson learned; ALWAYS ask for your receipt at a McDonald's. If I would have received it, my wait time would've been the only problem I had here. I just have a feeling they could've handled it without treating a customer like trash. read more

The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have mayo on it but did not and it was very dry. The mozzarella sticks we ordered were cold and abhorred. My kids and I ordered a cookie tote and they told us it would be three minutes because they were going to make fresh ones. We went back five minutes later and they still had not made them. Even when I get something as simple as one smoothie, it takes over half an hour, even when it's not busy! The last time I was here, there was an extremely drunk customer who was smoking indoors, even though there's no smoking in this McDonalds.
