From the repurposed building to the meal you receive, everything has a reason and a mission. I tried the BLATT sandwich and a piece of apple pie. Firstly, the bread was warm, crispy on the outside but not tougher than an old farm boot. Then the turkey was thinly sliced and heated to perfection! Avocado was ripe and fresh. The next two items were clearly off the farm, the lettuce and tomatoes. I've not experienced a greenery or slice of red ripe tomatoes on a sandwich or in any other capacity in a fine restaurant the beats these. Period. The closer, the Apple pie, was warmed and covered in homemade whipped cream. Not only were the apples soft and packed with flavor, the light flaky pie crust was a treat in and of itself. would recommend making the detour if in SC to visit this place.
